Samantha is amazing! Spoke to her last night as it was late and my silly cat ate some garlic while I was turned around. I was very stressed and instead of having to leave the house at that time of night and rush to emergency I spoke to Samantha, she was very knowledgable with a lovely personality. Reassured me that everything will be okay and told me which medication to give him which luckily I already had at home.

On two occasions now I’ve been able to use Dial a Vet and speak with the lovely Samantha on a Sunday. I live regionally so vets and appointments are limited as well as after hours prices are through the roof. Samantha is super caring and knowledgeable and has always provided excellent advice for our dog. She follows up and checks in on how we are all doing a few days later. A bonus is it’s super affordable too!

Samantha was lovely and communicative about my pet’s needs! She was very efficient and was able to provide me with a solution relatively quickly. I also appreciate her being there in the coming days and would use her services again.

It was so easy, I needed some eye drops for my dog and thinking about going to the vet on a weekend made me nervous about the cost involved. Dial A Vet was a much simpler, cheaper option with faster results. Within 10 minutes of the call, I had the medicine I needed for my dog without an expensive consultation.

Samantha was amazing. She listened to everything I had to say very caring and helped me so much. Never met such a caring helpful vet before with no judgement and understanding. Being this late at night she was so happy to chat and help me. If I ever need Dialavet again I would love to seek help from Samantha :)

I was initially hesitant about booking an online vet appointment, but with it being a long weekend — and my puppy being especially reactive during in-person vet visits — I decided to give it a try. My girl had an infected skin fold and I needed advice on what I could do at home to help her heal.

The experience was fantastic. Samantha was knowledgeable, honest, and so easy to talk to. Within 10 minutes, we had a clear plan and recommendations for over-the-counter treatments I could use. I even had a question after the appointment so I sent an email through and had a response in only a few minutes! Best of all, my pup is already looking so much better!

I could not recommend this service highly enough, especially for anyone with reactive or anxious dogs who find vet visits stressful. It made all the difference for us!

Although the wait was a little long during this busy time of the year the appointment itself was a great experience, thank you Samantha your expertise and professionalism was top notch.

Samantha was knowledgeable, reassuring, and constructive with her advice. I was considering whether I needed to take my furbaby to an emergency vet. I booked the call, and at the designated time we met over zoom. Samantha gave me information about the problem and helped me develop a plan to move forward. She also followed up with a consult summary email and further information after the call.

What an amazing service, at my wits end as I knew my beautiful dog had an ear infection, could not get into the vet for 4 days. Never knew there was vets online until I googled. Within 15 minutes on a Sunday I was taking to beautiful Samantha who diagnosed and treated our Jasper. Only $49. She trusted that we knew our boy and gave us lots of advice. I will definitely be using dial a vet every time and sharing with all my friends and family. Absolutely fantastic kind caring service. 11/10

Highly recommend Dial a Vet! The vet was incredibly helpful and made us feel comfortable. I am a Canadian and was told I was the second Canadian to use Dial a Vet so I feel special! I will definitely use this again.

Great helpful advice from a super friendly vet

Samantha was fantastic. Provided us with the right guidance and followed up couple of hours later to see how our bub was doing.

Such a helpful person and I was able to resolve the issue by reccomended medicines from the pharmacy which was awesome,as all vets were closed
