I found Petscripts to be one of the cheapest online chemists for pets. They have a good range, although I did end up changing to another service that could provide all of the different meds I need. The process is very straightforward, including repeat delivery. But I did find it took a while for the medication to be posted, more so than other online chemists I've used.

2 weeks of silence
Then 30 min wait on the phone
Then asked to email the script that is already sent by post - I even did not ask how she imagined me doing so

Fantastic and prompt service, the website is easy to navigate. Customer services are very quick to respond and your purchase is delivered quite promptly.

I have always received great service from PetScripts. As long as you follow the rules regarding scripts I have never had an issue.

Great service - always very responsive wither by phone or email. My scrip expired and the money where refunded ASAP. Highly recommended supplier.

HORRIBLE service. No one cares if medication gets out in time. Outsourced call centre with rubbish service. STAY AWAY!

This was associated via an app. Vet was great. Said they would pass the script on to the pet scripts place to fill and they would contact me. No. No one has the original script. I only got emailed a copy. They won’t accept a copy. Four days have passed. No prescription for my dog. My dog is suffering. So I now paid for a consultation with a vet and a script that never got filled and cannot get filled as I don’t have the original prescription the vet has it. No way of contacting the vet. As it’s through an app - to get things faster and more efficiently so they say. What a rip off and a scam. Now I have to wait to get an appointment at any of the local vets and start the process again. Not happy.

My Westie now needs daily insulin. PetScripts have the best price, rapid safe cold-chain assured delivery and their on-line and on-phone staff are always helpful, beyond the call of duty.

My senior pup has been on insulin for the past year and, after shopping around, found PetScripts have the most competitive pricing. Recently, one of the insulin pens was faulty and the team at PetScripts have been extremely helpful, keeping in communication with me and offered me a refund, which I accepted. Very easy to use the website and deal with Prescripts. The service I have received in the form of emails has been efficient and timely. I have not received my product as yet so four stars out of five until the product delivered in a timely manner. A good customer experience so far!

Posted my script as requested and it seems to have been ‘lost’. Because of the stuff around from them I needed the medication desperately so had to pay the vet for another script. Ended up getting it filled at a local pharmacy instead. Save yourself the stress and money and just go to a pharmacy if you can. This company are useless!

well, I made a mistake and thought our repeats for our dogs medication was with them. It wasn't, but the fact they rang me back immediately after I sent an email complaining about not being able to order her medication.
The young man was so nice and very helpful and polite,
So now I know what they are like I am pleased to say
I will more than likely be choosing them for any more orders of pet medication.
There just aren't enough words to say how nice they are.

No communication. At all. Sent script. paid money. then wait and wait. Rang later to inquire to be told "out of stock" Sadly it seems that this company has NO COMMUNICATION at all. Unless you ring and remain on hold "indefinately"

No help at all with postage or tracking. My parcel label was created weeks ago but not sent, when enquired they just sent me the link to tracking. I know how to track a parcel but you need to send it first guys. Do better, send me my meds.

Rang and spoke with Brisbane petscript chemist - ‘we have that in stock bring your script in and we can fix you up”. Attended. Yes it’s in stock, but we have to send it to you.
Right, but I need it today - it’s for my dogs eyes which are ulcerated.
Yes, we can send it out tomorrow.

N.B. Next day the right eye ulcerated through and ruptured. Would the medication - which creates tears in his eyes- have stopped that? Maybe, but it sure wouldn’t have hurt.

Always fast and efficient deliveries based on script being posted and received or electronically sent from your Vet. Along with great Australian based service and hard to beat prices
