Excellent service. Prompt email replies and speedy delivery . Thank you from a very happy customer and her well cared for pet dog Roxy

cost me so much money back and forth to the vet due to my dogs allergy cost me much less at Pet scrips .

Easy to reorder medication for our dog, script on file already. Website user friendly. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

The staff are sympathetic and understanding.
Great prices way under what vets charge.
Great service

The service at Petscripts is amazing, nothing is ever too much trouble and their communication is excellent. I recommend this company all the time to anyone who will listen 😊

Always a pleasure to deal with Vet Products Direct. Always helpful, with a wide range of products.

We needed a script filled in a hurry. Petscripts came through with an amazingly quick delivery. We won't use anyone else now.

I'm so relieved that I now use petscripts and only pay gap...it is a weight off my mind knowing that instead of finding hundreds every month I only pay gap...it took a bit to get everything required from vet but I'm glad I persisted...excellent service

Thanks Pet Scripts team. Our puppy needed medication while we were travelling and we could not have made this happen without your service. You showed empathy for our situation and gave us solutions to help our Vet make sure our puppy got his medication.

Lisa is exceptional! By far the best customer service. I will always get my medication from petscripts. Thank you Lisa

Easy ordering process, no trouble posting in the script and fast delivery. A good experience. Would be good if they did non prescription like flea/heartworm treatment

I use Petscripts on a monthly basis for my pet and have done so for a long time now. They are always ready to take your call or answer your message if you need to contact them with any queries. They are really polite and attentive. They are super super fast at arranging delivery of your purchase and I know I can always count on their reliability to dispense the medication and get it shipped asap!! Well done Petscripts!

Easy to set up the account. We had our vet email the script and I submitted my order on-line. Everything linked up and the product was delivered in a couple of days. Great communications the whole way. Great prices. Great service. Great for those ongoing script items your beloved pets end up needing for a happy life. Recommended.

Excellent service my queries are always answered and orders always posted very fast and delivered

Whilst I’ve had problems with delivery (totally a Australia Post issue) the staff have been an absolute credit to the company to deal with. Can not fault their customer care and service at all. The lovely lady I initially spoke with went above and beyond to source the correct dosage for my neurotic little fur babies. And big thank you to Steven.

Thank you.

Very happy with petscripts, and all the staff are very friendly, and there to help at anytime. Thank you for all your help.

I've used Petscrips a number of times and have been very impressed by their quick service and updates on were my product is, even letting me know when it has arrived.

I use Petscripts on a regular basis. The process is so simple and once you send your script in they process your order so quickly. I save so much money by not getting the medication from the vet
Thankyou Petscripts for your wonderful service!!!

Arrived in timely manor. Impressed.
