What went wrong? Simple. Their monkey employees of a logistics team couldn't organise a line in a straight hallway. Just disappointment after disappointment.

The services, particularly the one I am literally forced to take, 582, is like a scene out of Mad Max. Just buses turning up not knowing where to go and doing laps around the bus station because some mad man of a driver abandons a bus in the station slot for embankment.

Honestly, should adopt Scottish law, and impose a £125 fine for every 30 mins the bus is left abandoned and £50 fines for every bus that is late by 10 mins without good reason.

Not participating in the £2 fares scheme. Other reviews say it all.

one to add to the list, bus 29 in Manchester. More chances to resolve the conflicts in middle east than having a bus at all.

X50 pulled up on time, the driver hopped out as usual (I assumed so a different one could take over). Oh how I was wrong. He got out, then never came back. Nobody did. I was left with several other people staring at an empty bus for half an hour and had to wait for the next one. Lucky I had nothing planned today. Oh no, wait. I did. Thanks a lot for not only making me late but also encouraging me to have no respect for your services.

The kindest thing I can say about this company and their non existent buses is that they are as much use as a one legged man in a backside kicking competition!

I have had two bad experiences with Diamond SE bus H5C out of Heathrow Airport over a period of 10 days. This was the 1620hrs LHR to Moxy Hotel on 7 March and Moxy Hotel to LHR T5 on 18 March. The first bus just did not turn up even though I saw it on their tracking map in a completely different area, and the second bus was half an hour late. I actually saw the second bus parked up in front of a hotel opposite for 20 minutes, and on their bus tracking map. Traffic was the reason given by that bus driver, but I had just driven in that area and it was normal. He did not have answer for why he was parked for 20 minutes. I had heard similar stories from fellow passengers. Come on Diamond SE what is going on with some of your services?

Hi , I went to up town with 3011 bus earlier , I asked for Dayticket and then I payed 3.50£ but the Driver didn't give me a ticket cuz he run out and he knew that ANYWAY so he could've take only for single , he was laughing at me , he might make an extra tip for himself like that .It isn't fair!!!

This bus company is a joke. I’ve been waiting for over an hour in bury. I’ll never use them again. I hope who ever takes over this service does a better job. 1 star is far too many

Your bus driver who waved and smiled at me as you drive past when I been waiting 90 mins for a so called bus that turns up every 20 mins. Absolute disgrace! I will writing a full complaint and won't drop this till your sacked! I missed my child being born! Fuming is an understatement! I'll be going to the papers you have a lot of explaining to do and I will taking this to court.

582 bus never come on time regardless of the timetable you provide themselves. Terrible service ever. No matter how early you are,always get to school, work late. Better sale it to those whi can manage it.

Waited in pouring rain for a bus into town, lady with me stuck her hand out to stop the bus and it sailed past us leaving me late for an appointment and her very late for work, my sister was on the bus and saw that we'd been ignored by the driver, other passengers on board said he'd done it before if he was running late, disgusting way to treat would be passengers, never had this problem with Arriva!

The other bad reviews are accurate. Diamond are horribly unreliable. Always late or cancelled. Rude drivers. Just appalling. Give it up, you’re absolutely worthless!

471 buses from Bolton thrust to Bury hardly ever correspond with the electronic display showing the times Buses very rarely show or run on time. Buses shown to be departing on the Board just fall off the board until the next bus. Dreadful running of a bus that used to be very good and regular.

More than half an hour waiting for number 8 at Salford University. It is f**g cold. Your service is unreliable and bad as usual. If I died sitting this bench, it will be on you. I'M VERY ANGRY!!!!

2 buses, one after another, 2nd time today and this time, one of them supposed to be one taking me to work, was 20 mins early and next one I can see is late, how does it make any sense?

Already 3 weeks bus 471 after 16 p.m. have to wait in bus stop one hour.

I'd rather a no star so i had a hospital appointment today at sandwell general i arrived at the bus stop on Hampstead road just after the flyover at 11.05 and waited 40 minutes the time table said 11.12 but no bus so couldn't make my appointment 🤬

when i rode diemend the bus was 30 mins late and my online ticket did not work and the driver said if i dont sort it out i will get charged more money

Diamond have taken over or local service, in that time I have lodged 3 complaints. 1 of charging double the fare and 2 of rude drivers. The promise of a refund never happened as the promise of vouchers in the post was then followed up with we don't do vouchers. The other 2 rude drivers apparently it was my daughters fault on one occasion and they refused to reply to the other. If they had made a mistake explain that but to condone grown men shouting sarcastic comments at young ladies. This is the trouble with a monopoly, you have no choice but to use them.

This company just gets worse and worse! Please oh please somebody put another company, (not Rotala!) in charge of the Bolton to Manchester route, (number 8). Over an hour stood at the bus stop again in Kearsley this morning, two buses "sorry out of service" passed then a jam packed single decker number 8 finally turned up and crawled into Manchester. The Diamond app never mentioned delays whatsoever. This city is always banging on about cutting pollution and getting people onto public transport? HAHAHAHAHA is all i can say to that! I'll be taking my, (diesel), car from now on, it's only 2 quid dearer per day to park if you get an early bird spot, and you are guaranteed your car will turn up!
