My daughter advised me to talk to Richard about a a specific style necklace I wanted to buy for my wife.
He had recently sourced both hers and her husband’s wedding rings that they were over the moon with.
I had as normal left finding my ideal necklace far too late.
I met Richard on the Thursday with a couple of photos of my ideal combination of chain, stone and setting. Within 6 days he had managed to source, organise the manufacture and arrange a meeting for me to collect the perfect necklace I had asked him for the week before.
His advice, knowledge and contacts were exactly what I needed and I can’t recommend Richard highly enough.

Richard was brilliant from start to finish. In the initial meeting he brought with him a great selection of rings to choose from, provided us a quote very quickly, and we received the rings within 5 weeks. Thanks Richard for making the whole process so smooth.

Popped in to a few of the Hatton Garden jewellers and also experienced the pressured sales approach others have mentioned. Thank god a mate recommended Richard as his approach was poles apart. Richard took the time to fully understand the design I had in mind, explain the 4C’s and then put together a selection of stones so I could see the balance between them for myself. The finished article was absolutely stunning and my fiancé couldn’t be happier. I’d give 5 stars for this alone, but Richard also went above and beyond to fit our meetings around my work schedule and it genuinely felt like nothing was too much trouble.
