Sehr schneller Service. Innerhalb einer Woche ist die Ware angekommen. Auch durch die lange Wartezeit, aufgrund von DHL, war der Service spitzenmäßig. (DHL hat mein Paket verloren gehabt) Aber dank den Service von DIGED, gab es eine schneller Sendungsverfolgung, sodass das Paket schnell wieder aufgetaucht ist. Die haben mich sogar beruhigt, indem Sie mir gesagt haben das Sie die Daten aufbewahren, solange ich mein Paket nicht erhalte. Sehr zuvorkommenden Service. Vielen lieben Dank!

The pricing should be re-managed, as for only 3 fast-lanes & 15€ a month is little too much and the distribution process is still 1 week.
But the support on other side is top tier. They will help with anything, fast responses and great staff.

I have been using Dig Dis for a number of years now and they have certainly helped me build my labels brand and make sure the labels have good exposure. I have used several distribution systems over the years and I find Dig Dis by far the most user friendly. Communication is very quick and always helpful. Keep up the good work

Sehr enttäuscht. Trotz Vertrag, werden einfach eigene Entscheidungen Seitens DigDis getroffen. Und wenn man per Email nicht gleich reagiert, werden die Veröffentlichungen,die nicht genug Umsatz bringen wieder entfernt. Aber Servicegebühren darf man zahlen.
