From placing my order over the telephone and receiving my order within days was exceptional.
I also had to call back for technical help and EDWARD was brilliant and got me up and running.
100% company to deal with.

Digital Direct Security (DDS) have been extremely helpful from start to finish. Their team provided clear advice, quick responses, and made the whole process easy. They also promised a fast delivery, which gave us great confidence in getting everything we needed on time. Overall, excellent service — highly recommended!

The customer service here is simply exceptional.
Following an online enquiry, Ellie called me and explained equipment I needed, sent it out the same day and it was spot on.
I needed some extra IT help and was called back as soon as I enquired and my issue was sorted. Apologies I can't remember the person's name.

The customer support offered by DDS is wonderful. Whenever I have had an issue (my lack of knowledge e.g. resetting cameras after change of internet, not an equipment fault), the team have been helpful, patient, and resolved the issue quickly. The kit I bought has been installed now for a few years and is clearly durable and working fine. Would recommend DDS without hesitation.

Ordered cameras on Wednesday and was promised "next day delivery". Booked electrician for 2 days the following week. Thursday recd a very apologetic call from David to say there had been a delay with a cable but the order would be despatched the next day. Friday phoned DDS and spoke to David who reassured me the cameras would be delivered on time and not to cancel the electrician. On tracking the delivery it went to Newcastle and then was redirected to Leeds. At 4.00 pm on the Monday the delivery driver literally dropped 2 boxes by my back door, in torrential rain, without knocking or alerting me. The electrician had been sat most of the day drinking coffee waiting for the cameras. The following day (Tues) whilst fitting the cameras the cable which appeared to have been the holdup was actually for SKY tv and not for the cameras. The electrician managed to source a cable locally and stayed until 7.00 pm to get as much done as possible. Wed the electrician came to finish off. Result was a high bill from the electrician due to wasted time. On contacting the company I found out that David had suddenly left and I had to deal with Nicola. She refused any refund, refused to negotiate and refused to reply to emails. I am now out of pocket due to their incompetence to the tune of several hundred pounds.

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. No hesitation about recommending them. This is the 4th time I have used them and should I require help in the future I will return to them.

What a great firm I had some issues with my ez app connecting to my security cctv system.
Ryan Martin from their technical department sorted it out and it was an extremely complex issue however with his expert knowledge he got it up and running.
My wife and I are so pleased as I was at my wits end trying for months to resolve it myself thanks again to Ryan’s excellent customer service / patience we will always use Digital Direct Security for our future business.

Edward was very helpful and patient in solving a problem with my cctv system that I bought from DDS a few years ago and which has been performing very well. They have always fully supported me with the system and I would thoroughly recommend them.

My CCTV video recorder was showing signs of age so purchased a new one from DDS who had supplied the original several years ago. DDS was selected the first time because of their excellent customer service and it is still just as good. I raised some tech questions which the sales dept referred to the tech team and these were resolved in a call back.
DDS can only be described as an excellent company to deal with.

Having bought a security system from DDS about six years ago and having no problems with it I needed to get help with loosing my password.This company could not have been more helpful after being on the phone for over an hour the technician was a star brilliant so patient as I am not the best person to have things explained to me,all sorted out in the end,would highly recommend thanks

I cannot commend/recommend this company enough. Ten years ago I bought a CCTV system from them for a small business. We found them extremely helpful in identifying what we needed and getting it all up and running. Since then we have had to seek out their services, not for problems with their equipment, but with remote connection reconfiguration. Last week I called on their support team again to reconfigure the remote access and although there were a few challenges, Janos never gave up and successfully worked through those challenges to get us up and running again. Great customer after care, even ten years on. Many thanks DDS and Janos of course!

I needed to replace my ageing domestic Swann CCTV system and consider myself very lucky to have discovered DDS. From my very first telephone enquiry to my subsequent visit to see Nicola and her most welcome advice, to the most excellent instant access support team, I couldn't possibly recommend DDS more highly. I didn't realise that I had access to industry standard CCTV equipment and support at very comparable prices to the domestic CCTV market.

DDS has been the best CCTV / Intruder alarm company that I have bought my products from, they provide high quality products without any issues and if you do require any technical support, they are very helpful and deal with it very quickly, no waiting around half a day for a response. I would highly recommend them both for supply and technical support. 10/10 The staff are excellent and go out thier way to help with finding the right products for your project.
