Signed up on Saturday after a very poor experience with Sky Broadband. Spoke with a girl called Grace. Experience was something I had not had with a provider in a long time. I was done and dusted in minutes. No talking to a machine, then put through to a call center in god knows where to repeat myself dozens of times to get nowhere. Well done Digiweb and especially Grace

Ordered internet on Sunday, got call on Monday morning when Dylan talked me through the process and explained that appointment will be booked within 10/15 days. My installation appointment is set for Wednesday! 🎉
