Paula came out to put our darling boy oscar to sleep on the 14/05/26, what a kind and compassionate lady she is she did not rush the process, she made a very sad situation a little easier with her absolute kindness and understanding. Thank you Paula, God bless always.

My beautiful baby Judy was slowly passing away from Cancer. Making the first phone call to Dignipets was the hardest phone call to make. However, the lady on the phone was so reassuring. Kind. And patient while we made the decision. I decided to choose Friday 22nd May for Dignipets to arrive at my home to finally put my Judy to rest. Giorgio arrived and instantly was the most wonderful person. He reassured me, sat with me while we waited for Judy to cross the rainbow bridge. Even though I was inconsolable, Giorgio allowed me time to breathe, to say my goodbyes and emphasise with me. He spoke through the whole process with confidence and calmingly walked me through it. At the end, Giorgio laid Judy on a beautiful bed with a white rose. She looked so unbelievably peaceful and that memory will last forever, all thanks to Giorgio. Giorgio gave me the opportunity to give my Judy the most beautiful and dignified send off I could have ever imagined. I can not thank Giorgio and the Dignipets team enough for their dedication. Such a wonderful team and gift of sending our fur babies off beautifully.

I had to make the hard decision to have my gorgeous girl Belle put to sleep. I cried making the initial phone call, but the lady I spoke to was warm, patient and kind.
Maja came out to my home on 9th May and was empathetic to me and so gentle with Belle. She explained everything beforehand, gave me time on my own with Belle before, during and after the whole process. Maja also explained everything as she went along so I knew what to expect and reassured me that Belle was comfortable, calm and was not in distress.
Maja was respectful the whole time and treated Belle with dignity, even down to ensuring she was wrapped up with blankets and comfortable after she had passed.
The cost was more than a regular vet, but it was worth every penny knowing Belle was comfortable and knowing that her during the last part of her life, she was calm and in the comfort of her own home where she felt safe.

High costs (£600) for a less than 20 minute appointment with my very small, frail dog. The vet came in - asked for payment first - hadn't even looked at my dog. Very little conversation and explanation on procedure - my dog was lying on the bed - the sedation went in the back of neck, he left the room for 5 minutes and then came back in with a needle and syringe and threw a tea towel over her back end and injected her with the lethal dose. He forgot his stethoscope so used mine to check she had passed. The appointment felt rushed - it was like the vet was on autopilot and he was in a rush to be somewhere else. He then took payment via his mobile and gave me an aftercare leaflet and went on his way. He spent more time on the phone sorting payment out than with my actual dog - he kept saying the payment had not gone through even though my Barclaycard app showed it had! I had arranged the crematorium appointment and taking my pet there the next day. Not the service I was expecting for such a high cost. Would I use again - no. Would I recommend - no.

Fantastic, responsive, kind and very compassionate. Yes it’s not cheap, but if you can afford it, they are brilliant. Can’t thank them enough.

We used dignipets today to say goodbye to our little princess Bella 💔 the service provided was second to none . Every step was explained beforehand, there’s was no rush and it was all about our little girl being in a relaxed environment surrounded by loved ones. Amazing service , thank you ❤️

We were heartbroken when we had to make the decision to have our beloved cat Darius to sleep following an illness. The vet who came to our home was called Enrique. He was the kindest, most respectful and compassionate person. He could not have done a better job for my husband, daughters and myself at the saddest of times. We all feel so grateful for his outstanding care for us all.

I cannot express how grateful we are for your service. You treated our dog Casey and us with such care and compassion at what was a truly heartbreaking time.

I called Dignipets, when I had to make the decision about my lovely dog Storm. I was heartbroken but I new his time had come.

At the most difficult time Bruce made it possible for us to be with our dog Rascal until he went to sleep forever, the kindness compassion and care he showed gave us the chance to keep loving him until the end and in such a calm peaceful way and to know he was in safe hands for the next part of his journey gave us comfort

There was such kindness and consideration in the whole process, from arranging the appointment, to helping us understand what would happen, giving us lots of time to spend the last precious moments with Cassie, our lovely dog. After making the hardest decision to say goodbye to our beautiful Holly, our vet gave us the contact details for Dignipets.
I called them at 7.50am and Georgia arrived at 10.30am. She was amazing. Kind, compassionate and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye.
Although incredibly sad, Holly's passing was peaceful, calm and dignified. We couldn't have asked for more. Georgia took care of everything including the cremation arrangements.
A big thank you also to Wendy who arranged the visit for me over the phone. So gentle and soothing whilst I was struggling to get my words out through the tears.
A wonderful company. 100% recommend if you're considering saying goodbye to your pet at home.

Whilst an experience none of us want to go through, everyone who loves a pet knows they must. For us, dignipets was a service which we had discussed with our vets knowing we definitely wanted our dog Poppy to be at home with us. From the first call through to the final appointment we received compassion. Giorgio arrived for the appointment and was gentle, patient, reassuring and caring throughout. We did not feel rushed. We were given time with Poppy before and after and we were able to have her across both of our laps with us being able to comfort her during her last moments with us. We would wholly recommend this service to help you and your pet at the most difficult of times. Thankyou Giorgio for your compassion and kindness which made a difficult time a little more bearable. We made the decision that our 18½ year old Lurcher Millie had come to the point in her life where it would be kinder to let her pass.
She was nervous at the vets so we chose Dignipets to come to our home
We had booked her in and the anticipation and waiting for the day to come was very difficult.
On the day Giorgio(vet) came to our home
He was amazing he was kind and considerate,he explained clearly what would happen and guided us through the process.
Millie's passing was gentle,peaceful and dignified.
His care of her and ourselves was exemplary
Dignipets provided support and information by email which we found to be helpful and supportive.
Millie is now back at home with us as she should be.
This is a difficult time for us but Dignipets and especially Giorgio have been there for us.
I would highly recommend them to those that find themselves in a similar position to ourselves

Update:
After reaching out via email, spoke to Becky again. She arranged for Toby's ashes to be delivered for free, and assured me the vet that came out (found name on card she left, Georgia) would have training to try to avoid situations where the steps not thought through/explained going forward. I'm sure it was a one-off; an unfortunate combination of us rushing into blindly on our part and inexperience on hers.

Be sure to ask about the sedation process rather than assume the way it going to go!

387 Vets Walsall recommended Dignipets, after asking if a vet could come to our home (we'd found out our Westie, Toby, had a large inoperable growth the day before), having not been strong enough to put him down as was recommended when finding out (it'd escalated from a slight limp to unable walk in a week).

The process was fast, and Becky on the phone was lovely; both before and when wanting to contact the crematorium afterwards. Booked it around 10-11am, and the vet arrived around 2-3pm.

Firstly, I'd like to say that the vet lady (head was too far gone ask for name--she looked quite young) that came out did show some empathy, both when comforting my mom as she left the room before Toby died and when I phoned her; asking for her to come back after she left with Toby (my mom had been too upset tell me she wanted Toby go in his old bed/with blanket+teddies). And Toby didn't suffer for very long as he was asleep within a minute.

...However, there was one thing I wish could rewind time to do over: it was not explained beforehand where Toby would be injected with the sedative, nor how strong it was. More thought was put into arranging the cremation/ashes on her phone, then we went straight into it. I said when asked he had a treat he loves at the ready, intending to distract whilst he had a normal sedative into scruff neck; giving him time both fall sleep as my mom comforted and eat a last bone. Instead, Toby tried to move his back legs in pain, panicking as not used to the injection into his back leg muscle. My mom was trying hold his head desperate for him not to be hurt, his leg bled slightly due to him struggling, and then he was out--his last memory being me teasing him with a bone and my mom trying to restrain him.

I'm not saying anything was done wrong: it's apparantly standard for an injection into the back leg muscle to speed up the process, plus a high dosage for euthanasia. I think the vet went on autopilot after seeing I going to distract given Toby barked at her and was wary. In the future, just explain to others about where injected/how strong and fast the sedation. That way will be no misunderstandings.

But anyway: Toby passed quickly, and otherwise peacefully, in his sleep shortly thereafter. Both the euthanasia and cremation are paid for/sorted together, and the body was treated with care (the only one in the van, place in a basket). And as stated, the vet lady was nice enough drive back without complaining when I explained about the bed/blanket.

I just wish my mom's last memory of Toby was not him in pain, as she hasn't even been able to go back into the living room since. Feel responsible myself, as I didn't ask about sedation before grabbing treat.

I found out about this service through a friend, having an elderly dog who suffered with mobility the last thing I wanted was for his last few hours to be stressed. I googled and found Dignipets, it took a while for me to message, I then called to finalise details, staff were so caring throughout. The vet Vicky who came out made the whole experience much more bearable, she was very caring and took her time explaining what had to be done. I felt so at peace letting him go. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for taking good care of our beloved pet Thai, we will be forever grateful…

I can’t thank Bruce and his team enough, the care and attention he showed to Ziva and us was amazing. Bruce took time to explain each step and didn’t rush at all. Ziva had never liked the vets, even as a puppy and being able to have this done at home made it so much easier for us. This is an Amazing service, highly recommended

It is very upsetting and sad losing a pet but Dignipets made the experience so much better with their compassion, time and experience of taking care of my elderly spaniel in our hour of need. So glad I used them for support at this difficult time.

I woke up on Easter Sunday to find our beloved, 12 year old Labrador, Poppy in a terrible state.

I contacted Dignipets via WhatsApp and received a response within 10 minutes. I don’t know who replied to my message, but I want to say thank you for your quick response, and respectful way you dealt with my enquiry.

We would also like to thank, Bruce, the vet, who came out and attended to Poppy.

Bruce explained the process and answered all of our questions with a level of kindness and understanding that was very much needed and appreciated during this difficult time, he also treated Poppy with the utmost of respect and dignity, something we will never forget.

Poppy’s ashes and paw print were personally delivered by the cremation service to the veterinary clinic she attended all of her life.

Our family would like to thank Dignipets and Bruce, from the bottom of hearts for all that you did that day.
