These guys made a difficult process so manageable. They were swift and communicative and the ashes were presented so beautifully. Thank you for helping us remember our little fur baby so considerately.

They have a whole page on the website about being able to collect within the Bristol area. But when I called up I was told that they dont do anywhere in Bristol. Really unhelpful.

Our little Jack Russell Bandit passed away recently and pet cremation helped make the grief a little easier. The service from their agent on the phone all the way to receiving the ashes was stress free, efficient and without any delays.

This has been the third time we've used pet cremation for my boys my dogs are my family and best friends and this experience this time has just blown me out the park the presentation and the respect and the little extra items you've done has reduced me to tears

I would recommend this company to every pet owner who have lost a loving pet.
They came to pick up my cat and took her away for cremation in a caring way, the ashes returned in a wooden box with my cats name on it, inside the box there was my pets ashes, a lock of hair and paw print which I was not expecting, lovely and wonderful people who make it easier for me grieving over my pet.

When my cat was unexpectedly hit and killed by a car, I was in such shock that I just went with the first pet crematorium I could find online. I just wanted it done. I'm so glad I went with pet cremation.org The man who collected my cat and took him away was so nice, and when we opened up the beautiful box upon his return, we were delighted to find, as well as the ashes, a card with a paw print and a small vial containing a crop of his fur. I wasn't expecting the extra keepsakes but the fact that they went to that effort really made us feel cared for and now we have something that will keep his memory alive, maybe more than just a box would have done. First class service provided with care and sympathy, highly recommended.

We sadly found our cat passed away when he didnt return home on Sunday 14th April, he was only 8 and it was a complete shock. We have never been in this position before so I got an online quote where I was called and informed of the process. Within 3hours our boy was collected from our home by a gentleman who was very sympathetic and gentle with our boy. I did track the process from arrival to being sent and even had to change the delivery date which was easy to do. He was delivered today in an engraved wooden box, with his paw print and fur (they even got all his different colours) along with a cremation certificate. Our home hasnt been the same since he passed away and today brought me to tears again because hes finally home where he belongs. The process was super easy in a really upsetting time and now we have beautiful forever memories of him. Thankyou.

I cannot express enough how wonderful and caring this company was at this extremely difficult and painful time in my life, better than going through your costly vet, it's run by people who've loved and lost their own pets and so are fully aware of the pain you're feeling, from the moment you contact them or I did it all online they're in constant touch with you throughout the whole process. I had the most wonderful person called Andy as the driver who came to pick up my beloved Shih Tzu Gizmo and I'll be forever grateful to him for his kindness, patience, thoughtfulness and care he even gave me a cuddle, he came in first and explained exactly what he was going to do now and what would happen, he then went to bring in the special container but laid it on my floor untill I was ready to place Gizmo in it and waited again untill I was ready before placing the lid on after also asking if I wanted to put anything else in with him which I did. At no time did he make me feel rushed or pressured and you have to realise how many times in that day alone he'd done this. Before leaving he told me I'd get another email once he'd "booked" Gizmo onto the van which I did, I was then contacted again to confirm Gizmo had arrived safely and more importantly they stated how he'd be treated with "the utmost respect and care he deserved". I'd been given an estimate of when to expect my baby home and was again contacted once he'd been picked up from cremation and on his way home. This outstanding service from start to finish was cost effective and I also paid the extra £25 for the special engraved box for my baby which contained my baby's ashes a heart candle, a vial of his hair and a card (in an envelope) with his paw print on and all beautifully presented their was a certificate of cremation with his name date of cremation and lovely words from them and a quote once said by Queen Elizabeth II. It's been over 2 weeks and I'm still in pain with the loss of my baby but knowing he was cared for and treated with such respect from this company is a comfort. I have absolutely no hesitation in strongly recommending Pet Cremation UK to help you through the sad loss of your pet,any pet, they are not restricted to just dogs and cats. Used twice now and wouldn’t use anyone else if unfortunately needed the services again, so friendly and helpful at a difficult time

They called before arriving to collect my cat, left paperwork and I was able to track the progress online.

The pick up was excellent the driver had real empathy but the return where my pet was just left on doorstep I did not like despite being in the house the courier did not knock the door or ring the doorbell and it was only because I heard him that I went out to my pet fairly quickly

Brilliant experience. I would recommend the service of this company. From the collection to delivery they inform you what is happening with your beloved pet. The ashes and box are filled with a print of your pets paw, fur and candle. Opening that box made all the family cry. Thank you Pet Cremation uk, you gave our little Bo a lovely dignified send off.

Our beloved Cat Milo was cared for so respectfully after his passing and the staff truely cared and helped us through the whole process, we can't thank them enough.

I'm not happy how long it taking to receive my pet ashes back the delivery service is dreadful who they use to send the ashes back with they just keep changing the date tomorrow then it comes to tomorrow then next day this has been going on a week now don't people realise how stressful it is didn't like how they collected my cat my cat part of the family for price charge disgusting service didn't collect my cat till day after called so claiming 24hour service is rubbish you don't get a call back till working hours then said unable to collect till next day

So , it’s unfortunate that I lost my second Bengal cat 8 months after my first one . This company is the best!! I really appreciate everything that they do , and the consideration they put into their service. Five stars plus from me , again. You are all wonderful

Andy the driver is amazing, he remembered picking up our dog 12 months ago. He gave her sister the same passion ,and understood what we were going through .he picked her up spoke to her to say she's in safe hands, thank you for helping us process our loss in the last 12 months and little easier for us this time with Lulu.

All good. However, the message on the website is quite confusing. It states that there is no peaceful ceremony for pets. We are disappointed that we couldn't see our pet before the cremation.
