I could not have entrusted my dog’s final journey to a more professional and compassionate company. During an incredibly difficult time, every aspect of the service was handled with sensitivity, dignity, and the utmost respect.
The gentleman who collected her conducted himself with exceptional professionalism and kindness. He was courteous, patient, and understanding, which brought a great deal of comfort during such an emotional moment. When he later returned her ashes, he demonstrated the same level of care and consideration, ensuring the process was handled with thoughtfulness and respect from beginning to end.
I am sincerely grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown throughout, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others in similar circumstances.

Paws2ashes were amazing from the very first communication. The whole team are empathetic, supportive and extremely kind. They go above and beyond to ensure that our companions are treated with love and respect. I would recommend to anyone!

My boy Trigger passed away in the early hours of the morning and i was at a loss of what to do at that time. I rang Paws2ashes and they went above and beyond from start to finish.
They advised me what to do until they came and picked my dog up.
The driver turned up at home within the time frame given with a lovely fleece lined dog bed, there was no rush from him at all. We told to bring him out when we were ready.
From the initial phone call to when we got our boy back after cremation, we were kept updated.

When my mum’s beloved dog, Layla, passed away one evening around 8 p.m., I was out of town and completely at a loss for what to do. I contacted Paws to Ashes with very short notice, and within just two hours they arrived with such compassion and care to collect Layla and take her back to their facility.

Their kindness and professionalism at such a difficult and unexpected time meant the world to me and my family. They treated Layla with the utmost dignity and helped ease a moment that felt impossible. I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without them that night.

Excellent service very polite and compassionate and very supportive

Paws2ashes provided a great service at a very difficult time. When my cat dies I was not in a very good state of mind, but booking a cremation was super easy, and all the people I interacted with were very tactful and empathic. They were able to collect on the same day, and returned the ashes only a few days later. Great service, I would recommend them.

Our beautiful boy passed away peacefully today and we were utterly distraught and didn't know who to contact for some help, we were recommended by our daughter to seek help from Paws to ashes, and we did the person l spoke to Steven was kind and patient with me between.my uncontrollable sobbing he arranged promptly and caringly a collection for our beloved Roman and we was kept updated on every step. Of the way for Roman to be collected. The driver was a compassionate man and let us say goodbye in a fitting and beloved manner and we are truly grateful for all the help you gave us at this very sad time. Hope Roman is now at rest and in peace thank you Paws to ashes from our hearts.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Paws2Ashes

While I was away on holiday, our beloved guinea pig Viko passed away. The grief was overwhelming—made even harder by not being there with him in his final moments. Our guinea sitter kindly kept him safe until my return, and I was faced with the difficult task of arranging his cremation.

I was incredibly fortunate to come across Paws2Ashes. From the very first moment, their kindness, professionalism, and gentle communication brought a sense of peace during such a painful time. They treated Viko and our emotions with genuine respect and care.
