Best price and quick delivery, very happy with this firm.

To be honest the whole experience was awful. I ordered & paid and was told it would arrive in 2-3 days. Nothing! I needed this urgently for my very poorly dog. I chased them & they told me to check the tracking, which I had already done several times. They then accepted something was wrong & promised to send a replacement. That day I was told it had shipped. The next day I was emailed by their team who apparently deal with 'failed orders' ... My god, how many do they have?! They are sending a replacement via Amazon courier & still we wait. I would have bought this elsewhere had I known what a joke it would be. Its just a pill applicator & meanwhile my poor little pal is not getting his much needed neds.

Useless delivery. Paid for next day delivery and still have not received my item 4 days later. Was relying on this food for my dog who is unwell.

Waste of time ordering from this company. No use sending messages to say "Label created" days past the anticipated despatch time. Plus they send a message asking for a review??? Item not even despatched and you want a review??? Well, here is your review.

PS: Says "unprompted review" - how can that be when this company sent an email requesting a review prior to even sending the order???

Please do not use this company. I ordered some dog food and it didn’t come on time. I tried to stop it on the day I ordered it and they said it had already left. Don’t believe them they are desperate for money so the order arrived and I messaged them got ignored then they send me a returns label only to put in the packet. They have not sent me a postage label to send the Food back. don’t use this company please. They’re bad people

The original item was damaged by the delivery company. Upon contacting Direct4pets they handled and resolved the matter very quickly, efficiently and with professionalism. A replacement was received within 24 hours.

Great company to deal with. I had a problem with my order not being delivered (courier company at fault) and direct4pet responded immediately to my email and got a replacement order delivered to me the next day using a different courier. The customer service department are one of the best I've dealt with for a long time. Additionally their prices are very competitive. Would not hesitate to recommend.
