How Nik took me through the whole…
How Nik took me through the whole process and helped me make the purchase. What I would change - once you have given the customer a quote, give the customer some time to evaluate it and then close if the customer accepts the quote. That way the customer will not have post purchase dissonance and will not feel the need to cancel it later on

I really appreciate the professionalism shown by the Staff who served me during my phone call interview for my policy. I believe her name was Sienna, she was very clear and concise. In the way she delivered the policy details and information, I found it very simple to understand the options that were provided, and she was very knowledgeable and very positive with the approach.
