The welcome by Ibrahim was very polite and courteous, he made me feel very calm, his approach to his patients was great. My problm was solved by his expert use.of his high tech tools. Needless to say I have booked 12 monthly check ups with him. Left his surgery feeling great that my problem was resolved

I booked an appointment with direct war care after struggling with blocked ears. I have narrow ear canal, but the audiologist was careful and professional throughout the appointment. The ear wax wax removed using micro suction and the whole process was much more comfortable than I thought expected. My hearing was also checked which gave me extra assurance. I can hear much better now and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend direct ear Carr to anyone who needs ear wax removal
