Direct ear care came to see my mum for a home visit. She has been struggling to hear. Both ears were blocked with ear wax. Removed ear wax from both ears straight away & also helped me with my hearing aids. Very helpful and given good advice. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a home visit

Can hear much better!
Came to the audiologist after ear blocked up after coming back from holiday. Audiologist removed the ear wax from both ears, pain free an gentle. Also did a hearing test and other test to make sure my ears and hearing was good. I had glue ear and appropriate treatment was given, I can hear hear much better and ears don’t feel blocked anymore. Service was great and audiologist followed up with me. Highly recommend!

Instant relief and I can hear everything
Left ear has been blocked for couple of weeks and has been affecting my hearing. Went to see Ibrahim at the bamber bridge clinic today for ear wax removal, he removed the ear wax with ease, very comfortable and pain free. Instant relief and I can now hear everything. Highly recommend and will be coming back again

Great from start to finish
Great from start to finish. I'd booked online for a 15-minute free hearing check but I was fairly sure that the problem was blockage due to ear wax. Ibrahim checked and showed me the images from inside my ears showing the blockage. I'd been expecting to have to come back at a later date but he offered to clear them there and then. He explained everything he was going to do and afterwards showed me the images which showed a clear path to the ear drum. He then gave me a hearing check which, I'm pleased to say, showed I have very good hearing (for a 70-year old). He wasn't by a long way the nearest audiologist to home but it was well worth the extra miles. When I left the building it was like walking into a different world!
