This is a real difficult one. The vacuum was poor 2 out of 5 maybe only 1. But ghe service was great a replacement was offered straight away but this was too difficult to organise. So we took the hit. Would try this company again i think we just had bad luck

Terrible communication and abysmal customer service
Received a damaged microwave on Monday and spent the entire week trapped in a slow-motion conversation trying to get it sorted. They take anywhere from 4 to 24 hours to reply to a single message, making it impossible to resolve a live issue. After being told my original and alternative models were out of stock, I agreed to their suggested alternative, only to be completely ignored, and now the weekend is here, their offices are closed, and I’m left with no functioning appliance and no delivery confirmation. It's completely unacceptable and terrible customer service.

I ordered a coffee machine from direct vacuums. I must admit, I was a bit concerned it would clean the carpet and not make coffee - but it arrived in a couple of days, looks great, works fine and is much cheaper than the same machine at John Lewis. So thank you Direct Vacuums - I vaccum up a coffee or two every morning.
