A firm that does exactly what is says, items delivered on time, so well refurbished they are indistinguishable from new and excellent after purchase service. A real find as far as I am concerned, cannot praise them enough.

Ordered last Friday 16th, it's now the 23rd and I'm still awaiting delivery.
Contacted on line and still no response.

Due to their pricing, honesty and "zero" delivery charge policy; I've been a Direct Vacuums customer for a long while via ebay uk or directly from their website.

Recently I've bought a Kenwood stand up mixer, upon arrival, I immediately changed my decision and upgraded to a slimmer and more familiar model. Return process was flawless, upgraded product had a factory defect for which D.V. Customer Services has processed the exchange immediately and efficiently.

I do not know how they afford/manage to sell the top class products with such pricing, but one thing for sure they do not compromise on the Customer Service quality.
5* plus for product quality, honest description, delivery options and most definitely excellent Customer Service, always putting customer first.

Note: they have sister companies if you ever need laptops etc. I've bought my Asus Duo nearly half price..... Anyway, highly recommended.

When my Vax steam cleaner stopped working and a repair didn't fix the problem a replacement was sent instantly. As Direct Vacuums sell the whole range of reconditioned products from their range of manufacturers I guess they can't do much about it if any have inherent weaknesses. But their service, and the friendly helpfulness and prompt responsivenes of their team is exceptional!

My carpet cleaner arrived quickly and my goodness what a cleaner,it's amazing..love it and I like the way it all comes apart to clean..even the brushes slide off,plus the switch to dry only..what a clever machine.. absolutely love it..I love to recycle, less going in the mine fields .. great idea

This is the second appliance I have bought the first a carpet cleaner this time a Vax Hoover. I cannot praise or rate this company high enough the service is excellent ordering is easy my item arrived the very next day boxed complete with instructions. Works like new picks up more than our last stick vacuum I highly recommend giving this company a look and try. I will be ordering again... Very soon. Never used the the website, over all I was genuinely impressed with the price and the actual item I bought even the condition practically brand new when everybelse is selling for £150 ish, more or less next day delivery aswell, will be buying again from this site

I always buy my hoovers from this company and they never disappoint, the latest (after the previous one lasted 10 years) is amazing, it's like new and a fraction of the price. Easy to order, very speedy delivery

Microwave broke within a few weeks of buying it despite very limited use. It was repaired (hence the two stars) but then when it broke again with the same fault just outside the warranty they refused to repair it or even come to a compromise on a partial refund instead insisting on an independent fault report at my expense. Maybe I was unlucky, but I won't be buying from them again.
