Microwave broke within a few weeks
Microwave broke within a few weeks of buying it despite very limited use. It was repaired (hence the two stars) but then when it broke again with the same fault just outside the warranty they refused to repair it or even come to a compromise on a partial refund instead insisting on an independent fault report at my expense. Maybe I was unlucky, but I won't be buying from them again.

Great customer service, quality products
Purchased a mini cooler instead of a mini freezer by accident. The company was happy to refund or offer an exchange for a freezer.
I chose the freezer and im very happy with it. Customer service was top notch. Didnt have to pay for a return which was a relief.

Fabulous!
Ordered a refurbished Delonghi Nespresso Latissima One machine at a great price. The machine looked brand new. Unfortunately, the water jug was cracked in transit (not their fault). I emailed customer services and within a day or two, a replacement jug was sent out. Great service and the coffee machine was a bargain. I couldn’t tell it from new at all.

My purchase was meant to delivered by the 7th of October, it didn't arrive. Got in touch with seller and they said delayed delivery. It still hadn't arrived by the 14th, had to get eBay to step in. Where I got my money back. During this time I got an email from direct vacuums asking for a review and hopping I was enjoying my purchase, not good.
