It cleaned ok but carpet soaked. Used 4 clean water tankfuls and it only picked up barely half a tank of dirty water. The top seal on the dirty water tank leaks when tipped up, so air must be entering... Toon meer

The carpet cleaner arrived quickly and…
The carpet cleaner arrived quickly and was well packaged. After setting up it worked well however it had a little leak from the top water compartment coming from the valve that sits on the top trap. However when started to use it the leak stopped. It done a great job. The only thing there was no instructors provided but that's minor as the Internet has it all.

Ordered an Iron on the 12th
Ordered an Iron on the 12th, paid for DPD next day so was anticipating waiting at least a couple of days as I did order on the weekend. My order was not shipped out with DPD and was instead shipped by Yodel, which is not what I paid for. it is now the 18th and I am still waiting to receive my order. Have been in touch with yodel and they are passing the blame to Direct Vacuums. Absolutely appalling that I paid for a service and it was sent out via a different shipping agent without confirming.
