I have ordered DIRTEA products a couple of times now (large orders) and currently subscribe to a few of them. Overall, I am very happy with the brand. The packaging is beautiful and feels high quality. In my first order, I also received some thoughtful freebies, including small storage pots for the powders, which was a very nice touch. I have also received the drinking cups and mixer, and these are equally well designed and aesthetically pleasing.

So far, in terms of drinks, I have tried the matcha, chai, coffee, and chocolate blends. The chai is good, but I personally prefer the other three. The coffee blend reminds me of the filter coffee I used to drink at my parents’ house when I was younger. It is quite different from espresso but very enjoyable. The chocolate blend feels indulgent and does not seem any less satisfying than standard sugary alternatives. Matcha tastes like good matcha. I don't notice any difference from the cerimonial brands I used to buy. I usually prepare them with milk, although they also work well with water.

I have also tried some of the gummies and powders, particularly the lion’s mane powder and the lion’s mane apple gummies. The gummies are delicious. I also tried the cordyceps powder, which was the only product whose taste I did not enjoy—it was slightly too mushroom-forward for me personally. After taking the products consistently for a few weeks, I noticed a clear improvement in my energy levels and focus.

Customer service has been good overall, although delivery sometimes takes slightly longer than I would ideally like. However, my first order was placed during the Black Friday promotion period, so delays were understandable. When the package arrived, it genuinely felt a bit like Christmas 🎁.

Overall, I would highly recommend the products and plan to continue using them. ✨

I bought DIRTEA Tremella for hair and skin and its been 2 weeks and I can already see a difference. My nails are growing and my skin feels a lot more fresh in the mornings. I love the taste of the gummies I always want to eat more but 2 a day is fulfilling sugar cravings lol.

I've been taking Dirtea Matcha for about 6 months now after deciding to stop drinking coffee. It turned out to be a great decision because not only has it improved my digestive system, but I've seen an improvement in focus, my skin and overall energy. I love the taste and usually mix it with boiling water and a small amount of oat milk. I recently discovered I've been using less than the recommended dose as my Dirtea kit arrived with a double ended measuring spoon and I didn't realise i should have been using the bigger spoon so I've rectified that now!! The battery operated mixer I received with my first order has also turned out to be very useful.

Love Diretea! I use the Chai (which is SO yummy!) as a treat and take the Chagga gummies when I travel or feel an illness coming on and they work like magic!

Love the quality and ease of these beneficial products. I take lions mane coffee and add my MCT for my usual morning routine, the cocoa isn’t for me but the coffee tastes great and a good substitute for instant. The gummies are a really tasty treat with a benefit! I recommend trying these if you already like to take lions mane etc

Very good customer service and generally very happy with the product however for the last six months to a year I’ve noticed an increase in Coconut powder which has made the product feel less high-quality and not as I used to like it

Have been using Dirtea Coffee for around 6 months now it’s my absolute favourite. Having tried several other adaptogenic coffees none of them compare to the Dirtea taste/quality.
