Wrote the original review and this company asked it to be changed so here’s the alternative minus the names lol, obviously not wanting to be outed. This company lies in massive proportions. Avoid this disgusting fraudulent company at all costs . It definitely pays to scroll down and read the many many bad reviews. The sales team lies and are very good at twisting the truth and knowing how to dupe people . They will claim they are doing you a favour and have helped you every step of the way. If they invested half their efforts in being honest they might have a reputable company instead of conning people. You should take a crash course in how to operate a legitimate company and not riding the wave on the other company in the area . When I asked them can I come see the items was told I could not . Taking orders on the phones and then sourcing out. If you want a proper good company go to brokenbog which has been featured in the guarded and has genuine products not replicas. I have received my money for the toilet seat they just didn’t send from my credit card company . The sales team must be breaking a lot of toilet seats as from previous reviews it seems there is a pattern. Hope this crap company get their karma . If your so hard up just say so we might all be able to donate you our old toilet seats.
