I'm not sure who the problem is with.
However I ordered a couple computers an got email saying it shipped with a tracking number. The number has been making a label for a week. I understand what's going on with covid 19. Just wish there was more communication

The experience was 4out of 5 stars because you guys phone answering system sucks. We hold because it says you are 2callers in que then it sends to voicemail after 8 minutes of holding. No matter how many times I call back this happens. Other than that my experience was cool.

I get no notifications as to what's going on with my order which i put in over a week ago

My computer has not arrived. It was suppose to arrive yesterday and there has been no updates on fedex for days its still on "label was created"

I ordered a laptop on March 21st you sent me an email stating that you shipped it out or March 23, then I had another email stating that it will be delivered to my house on March 26. So I called fedex and I asked about my package they said they just have the label the package hadn't been shipped yet And I did that yesterday on a 27th. When am I going to get my laptop?

No tax and free shipping! I searched several sites for this computer (even Amazon). Discount Computer had the best price. Ordering process was simple and no fuss.

Easy to use the website. Computer delivered on time and worked as promised. Easy guide booklet for wetting up Windows 10.....in short, a great experience purchasing a desktop....so good I just also purchased a laptop.

I haven’t received my product nor an update. Only the shipping information initiated by FedEx but no other response.

Customer services is next to non-existence. When able to get in touch, they do not resolve the problem in an honest way.
I've tried to return the laptop i bought. They proceed to tell me that they will take it back if i am willing to pay 20% of the purchase to cover the restocking fee. I ask why didn't they post that message in the return policy. They didn't give me an answer. They then told me the best they can do is lower the restocking fee to 10%. I told them that i will agree if they only charge that 10% on the laptop i bought. Buy not the extra $30 extended warranty. They never reply back with that request. I have twice try to contact them again after that. To no avail. Now i'm stuck with the laptop i don't want.
Extremely bad way to deal with customer.

The company sent me a damaged monitor & the PC had the wrong RAM. When they attempted to send the new monitor and PC, I only got the monitor. THEN, when they finally sent the PC for the 3rd time, it didn't work. I called their customer service department a few times and was on hold for hours!! Needless to say, I lost out on a job opportunity because I was never able to get the computer I originally ordered. Had to take my time to pack all of the equipment and ship it back. They never offered any type of courtesy credit or to do anything to make it right. Very disappointed.

Never got my computer that i paid for. No one answers the phone or my emails

My monitors were ordered on the 16th and were supposed to be here by the 21st. They haven't even been shipped yet. Sent an email with no reply.

It's been going on two weeks since I placed my order and my shipping label was created but my order has yet to be shipped. I have emailed multiple times now and stopped getting responses about 5 days ago. I have asked about a refund process and again no response. I thought I had gotten lucky discovering this site as I needed materials to be able to work from home with everything going on but I feel I have been ripped off. Do NOT order from this place!
