My Experience tells me that this company is just straight up scamming consumers.

Purchased a voucher for a doorbell (RRP £79.99) paid £14.99 plus 4.99 shipping, advert was shown on Bright HR so I trusted it.
Doorbell eventually arrives in about 10 days, it turns out to be from a company that drop ships from AliExpress and the doorbell is actually only worth £6.99. Complained to DE and after a few days I was told to just bin it and they would refund the money. They only refunded the £14.99 and not the shipping. This is a breach of the Consumer rights act 2015 as the item is not fit for purpose. Their terms state they will pay the delivery cost but now they say they wont. Lying scammers

I found this product through the Wisdom HR website, so I believed the supplier was legitimate. However, payment has been taken, and I have still not received the activation code for Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2024. I have already emailed them twice, including my transaction details, so disappointing

Have ordered items and after a month still haven't received anyhthing, not even an email to verify....

Would give 0 if possible absolute waste of money

Stay away from this joke company you will never receive items , Still waiting for my item over a month now safe to say I'm not getting anything, It's a big scam would give zero but can't.

I foolishly ordered without checking Trust pilot first, something I never usually do, now paying the price, no delivery, no way of getting money back from these scammers, they must be making a fortune taking money and not delivering the goods, left with the only option, take the hit, and never make the mistake again.

I ordered a jacket2XL. They delivered a 3XL. The jacket was at best a medium. No way of returning. A complete waste of money. A Scam. Do not buy from these people.

I purchased the 2024 Microsoft Office Professional Plus lifetime licence from discount experts, which offer services via the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments, the regulator for Investment Professionals (and who I am a member of). After paying for the software, I received an email with the voucher code and a link to activateoffice.shop where I input my details and the code and then nothing…… it says I need to wait 3 hours. It has been 60+hrs, I have tried multiple times and reached out to discountexperts for help but apart from resending the original email with the dud links I am just out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. It feels like a scam to me.

Don't buy anything from this site. They did not deliver my item and refused to refund my money.
Trying to get hold of a human, is impossible.

I ordered a cooling mattress topper which arrived but does not have any kind of cooling at all. I have other cooling blankets and they are 100 times better than this as this is simply a mattress topper, nothing else!

I recently ordered an air conditioner from Discount Expert, as soon as I received it, I noticed it’s not match its discretion! It was faulty so I emailed them but no reply, after a few email, they told me that they informed the merchant and asked them to contact me urgently, it’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything, I sent another email to discount expert but no reply, I am very disappointed and urge people not to order anything from this company, it’s a scam

I would not buy from these again i bought a mattress that looked good and was heavily discounted just under £100 of one of the suppliers that deal with called Etsy masood I took receipt of this mattress last week and when the driver went I took the plastic cover off and when I checked this mattress it was not one that was advertised it was a cheap mattress no support on one side and all around this product was of the lowest quality you could not sleep on it I contacted discount experts and the got this masood to send me an email to send the mattress back to them at my own cost I got in contact with discount experts again and they told me the same thing send the mattress back at my own cost and since then they are ignoring my messages and there mattress supplier so I am going to take it to the tip were it belongs so my advice to you do not buy from this company because I have just been scammed out of £100 they should be ashamed of themselves dealing with scammers like try massod from Wakefield
