It’s the second time I bought the pillows from you and the price is cheaper than Amazon and also the massage pillows are worth the price

It was ok after buying the gazebo which had no problem with my card kept declined when trying to buy a coffee machine I tried 6 times but kept saying it's declined why I don't know after buying the gazebo

I’ve had a few thing from DE and mostly everything has been great but a couple of times I had problems, once resulting in refund and another when cheap rubbish arrived, nothing like described in the ad. However on both occasions DE were very helpful, it’s not DE’s fault that some of their suppliers are not trustworthy.

The phone I received was 6.2 inch, 4gb memory,, 64gb storage, 3400 maH battery, no fingerprint reader, 16Mb rear camera, 8Mb front camera. This an absolute con trick!!!!

The items are nothing like what’s advertised - cheap, poor quality, and in some cases, they don’t even arrive.
I waited six weeks and still haven’t received one item.
Out of five items ordered, only one was acceptable. Three were extremely substandard, and one was so awful it felt like a complete scam. Total false advertising.

Customer service is just as bad. Slow to respond and nearly impossible to reach. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Shopping on your site is so easy & delivery is speedy too. Never had any problems.

I purchased two vouchers from this website, fully expecting to receive the advertised order. At no point during the purchase was it clearly stated that delivery had to be paid separately or that there were additional steps required after buying the vouchers.

After waiting around two weeks and receiving nothing, I contacted customer service. I was then informed that delivery needed to be paid separately. When I asked for a refund due to the unclear and misleading terms, I was told refunds are not possible.

I then agreed to pay for delivery, only to be told that it was now too late because the voucher had expired, even though the delay was caused by the lack of clear information and the time taken to get a response.

As a result, I lost my money and received no product and no refund.

This is extremely poor practice:

No clear rules at the point of purchase

Important information hidden or communicated too late

Vouchers becoming invalid due to the company’s own process

No accountability or customer-focused resolution

I would strongly advise others to avoid this website. I am still expecting either a full refund or the order I originally paid for.

What was advertised as a Amazon fire stick was in fact just the remote control for one only so not use full unless I buy the rest of the stick and as it only cost 5.99 and 3.99 postage not really worth returning just false advertising
