It was very easy to order online and when the birdbath arrived it was packed really well.
I like the instructions in the box, which I found very helpful as I had no idea they needed sealing each year.

Excellent customer service
The website was clear and easy to use. My delivery arrived within the time advised. Unfortunately it arrived broken. I sent an email on the day it arrived. They replied promptly asking for photos of address label, outer box and packaging material. I had already sent a photo of the item in my previous email. Without delay they advised they would despatch a replacement item and to throw the broken product away. This was excellent customer service and support. Just waiting for the replacement to arrive.

Good afternoon Ms Owens,
We are sorry to hear that your order has arrived damaged. However, when you first contacted us regarding this order the damage shown in the photo above was not mentioned and had we known that your product arrived damaged we would have responded immediately. This information is important as it allows us to address any issues promptly and accurately.
We also apologise if our response times have felt slow. This is our busiest season which unfortunately means replies can take longer than usual. In addition, your initial complaint required an assessment by our manufacturing team which can take a few days due to the high volume of orders currently being processed. We note that you waited four working days for a reply.
We have contacted you directly to offer a replacement bird bath despite the damage being reported outside of our 14 day return timeframe as stated on our website. This offer has not been accepted.
We are very sorry that you are unhappy with the outcome. If you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind regards,
DGS Statues
