DGS gave superior customer service. I am a US customer and they treated my purchase with care and worked hard to get a very special garden plague send to me. I was worried about the delivery…
I was worried about the delivery procedure, fearing a large lorry in my small cul-de-sac. But no worries the driver back in expertly, got my sink garden pallet onto trolley and move it into my back garden. Brilliant. And the sink garden looks good too!

very good value especially helpful driver
very good value, I had been expecting a delivery sooner an had to follow up with a phone call, but when it was delivered the driver was just brilliant. The statue was a lot heavier than the one it was replacing and the driver was so kind (in spite of being under a lot of time pressure) in helping my husband lift it into position. We could not have managed without him.

It was very easy to order online and when the birdbath arrived it was packed really well.
I like the instructions in the box, which I found very helpful as I had no idea they needed sealing each year.
