You state we get amazing discounts but…
You state we get amazing discounts but no discounts are applied or work. For example if we go on amazon for amazing deals and discounts and its the same price as using amazon app or web its self. Same with other web sites discount codes don't apply or invalid even with a code thats not expired or catered for that particular website...or gor certain discounts you have to buy vouchers first....'ve never had an amazing experience or discount to give a good enough feed back....

I have had a few good experiences with DFT and some not so good. I find the best are when i can copy the code and apply it myself rather than it saying it'll be a t the end - and its not! But on many occasion the discounts are more than if you go to the site/brand itself!
Also stop trying to push me into getting the Ode card to get offers. i dont find it trustworthy or easy to use.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re glad to hear you’ve had some positive experiences and found strong savings when using our codes. Regarding the occasions where a discount doesn’t appear at checkout, each offer does come with specific terms and conditions. If a code or offer isn’t applying, it’s often because the purchase or booking falls outside of those criteria. That said, we’re always happy to help if you’re ever unsure, please feel free to contact us and we’ll gladly take a look for you.
We also appreciate your feedback about the Ode cashback card communications. We understand it’s not for everyone, and we don’t want to send you anything that isn’t relevant or useful. If you reach out to us directly, we can make sure you stop receiving those emails.
Thanks again for your honest review. It helps us continue to improve our service.
