Very unhappy, would give no stars if I could. Ordered the Dishmatic I-Stand, which was supposed to have flow control and be Leakproof. Arrived fairly quickly and I filled with washing up liquid. I stood on the sink ready for use. I then noticed there was no flow control, it's just not fitted, despite being indicated on the packaging! I then returned around an hour later to find it sitting in a pool of washing up liquid i.e. it had leaked! I emailed the company to report both issues and 7 days later I'm still waiting for any kind of response! I would avoid buying this product and this company. Obviously poor quality control and customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

Good product to help recycle tho a tad expensive if you add the post.

I bought a bulk supply of the replacement washing up brushes which means I can reuse the holders instead of throwing them away.

I have been using Dishmatic for years now but lately the green sponges just start falling apart after a few uses - the quality has gone seriously downhill so I'll just look for another brand to use now.

Great product but it keeps being out of stock, and then stays out of stock for weeks. This really should be 5 stars the product deserves it, but availability is a real issue.

Recently purchased general purpose (green) refills fall apart very quickly. They are totally useless, clearly someone is cutting corners in their manufacture. The sponge head separates from the plastic base and renders the whole thing pointless. I think there needs to be an explanation why this is and the current batch should be recalled and the issue sorted out. Waste of money.

The items delivered were as ordered and were in reasonable time .

It's a very good washing up system. The low friction pads are good most items, far better than a brush and better at reaching 'into'. The green pads are good for pans etc. The handle makes it just more convenient.

The colours? Oh heavens the colours. They clearly think that all washing up is done by women who want to use kit with pastel girlie colours. Half the population lives alone, and they are the people most likely to not have a dishwasher, so how stupid is that? Do I really want bright pink stuff in my kitchen? No, ta very much.

I can't see married blokes going for pink either. Herself would find that she's doing the washing up until she puts it right.

Great product as this is a very 'green' alternative to the traditional 'wash-up' brush as the handle is re-usable and brushes easily replaced. Also, the shape is excellent for cleaning.

I originally found the Dishmatic Essentials Clean 'N' Sparkle Pads in a retail store. Since then I could not find these in my area so I started to buy them from Dishmatic direct. This is fantastic pad, just the right size, has excellent durability, and I just will not use anything else. The company have provided an excellent postal service for these, the delivery is always fast, so thank you Dishmatic!
