While the communication is good end to end on WhatsApp, for Cash on delivery orders , you must accept UPI payments . In my case , the courier boy who delivered the parcel insisted only on cash payment. Just because the payment mode is named as COD should not restrict from accepting UPI payment. As you know , these days , customers keep less of cash at home as UPI payments are widely accepted . This is a problem Iam raising with you . Please fix . At the end , Iam not completely happy

Insuffiencient courier handling and poor communication
I was supposed to receive my order 13 days earlier, but Dista USA chose a delivery partner, Delhivery, whose service was extremely disappointing. The delivery partner repeatedly marked me as "unavailable" without making any genuine attempt to deliver the package, despite the fact that I was at home and available throughout the entire period.
Each time Delhivery reported that I was unavailable, a representative from Dista USA contacted me. I consistently explained that the delivery driver was unresponsive and was not attempting delivery, yet no effective action was taken. Instead, I was repeatedly advised to answer my phone, even though the delivery partner never made any meaningful effort to contact me.
Eventually, I cancelled the delivery and stated that I would pick up the package myself. However, Delhivery returned the parcel to Dista USA instead. I then contacted Dista USA via WhatsApp and raised concerns about Delhivery's repeated failures. At that point, Dista USA offered to switch to a different delivery partner, and the package was delivered within the expected timeframe.
This situation could have been avoided from the beginning. A simple review of Delhivery's customer feedback would have revealed numerous complaints about similar delivery issues. Since my order contained medicines, the process should have been handled with greater care and urgency.
While I appreciate that Dista USA ultimately resolved the issue by changing the delivery partner, the resolution came only after significant delays and frustration. Based on this experience, I do not plan to use Dista USA again in the future.
