While the experience of placing rhe order and recieving the delivery was excellent, we couldnt enjoy the order since the food product was containing Gelatin. We are vegetarians and hence we couldnt consume the food product that we ordered, leading to a loss of neary Rs.4500.
One suggestion is when selling any food product on your website , it will be helpful if you may also provide a photograph which mentions list of ingredients so that prospective buyers can verify the content before placing the order.
Having said this , I do accept my mistake as well , since I should have checked the ingredients of the food product on google.
