Divan Factory Outlet Reviews

The delivery men were extremely helpful and polite and kindly took our bed upstairs to the required bedroom.
Also very pleased with the quality of the bed and the ease of assembly.

Excellent customer service and friendly team. Lovely bed, quality is amazing!

Very happy with my bed. (Westminster Buckingham Divan Bed Set) looks expensive Good quality, Matteress very comfy highly recommend. Delivered with care. Taken to my room of choice

Great communication throughout, excellent delivery and extremely friendly team. The bed is really good quality and worth the wait. Highly recommended

I can’t praise this company highly enough. We are delighted with our single bed with trundle but as much as anything I was impressed by Amar and his mate who delivered it. He kindly let me know that our delivery would be later than scheduled because of atrocious driving conditions…the weather was truly horrendous. These guys were cheerful and efficient when they finally arrived although they had an awful drive back facing them. I do hope they were rewarded with the bonus they deserved!

I’d like to commend this company for outstanding customer service in support of my 91 year old father. After some confusion on my father’s part regarding the delivery of a new bed, their representative Amaan oversaw a second delivery without charge which was enormously appreciated by all of us. Very impressed.

We are delighted with our new divan base which went together with no problems. There were a good number of divans available and each with full storage options. We were particularly pleased with the delivery service. The gentlemen who delivered it were friendly, courteous and very helpful. A very good experience all round. Thank you. Definitely recommend.

I really cant find fault with the level of service and quality of product this company provides. Amar delivered my bed and set it up - extremely professional and polite. Delivery was punctual. The bed and mattress are excellent quality for the price paid. I would definitely use this company again.

We have used this company for the first time. Order to delivery times were as stated on the website. They worked around me for delivery.
Very polite and friendly delivery drivers. Took it to room of my choice.
Would highly recommend this company. And will use these in the future.

Amaan was extremely helpful in ensuring I received my delivery on time thank you great service

I was dubious about buying on line from a company who don’t have one of the ‘big brand’ names… but I have to say I’m glad I did. The bed was not expensive and for the price is actually well made and solid enough. The mattresses are great. The two chaps who delivered and set the bed up were punctual, polite, professional, respectful and very capable. All in all a great service . Highly recommend

Professional company nothing was a problem I would buy again

Fantastic product, great quality for the price and easy to assemble. Delivery was so quick and the 2 chaps who put it in the bedroom where very polite and helpful. Recommend this company.

Very nice company, understanding and helpful and extremely accommodating. I will happily buy again from them and have recommended them to friends and relatives. Good prices and large selection of beds and extremely speedy delivery. The delivery guys are brilliant and tried really hard when the bed was too big for the stairs. They made the divan into 4 sections and so far so good. Thank you so much.

Ordered a sprung top bed base which was delivered in the time scale. Delivery guys polite and kept us informed when they would arrive.

Polite and helpful delivery men. They were on time giving me good notice.

Very happy with the beds, mattresses and headboards I ordered. They look great and are comfortable. Delivery guys kept me informed on expected arrival too.

I was impressed with the politeness, and the professionalism, shown on arrival. My home was respected, with due care and attention given with the delivery.
It was also great that the bed was taken upstairs to the designated bedroom for me. Well done and thanks.

Extremely good service , the delivery team were very helpful and professional, good communication from point of order to delivery. Due to extension building works at home it was very difficult to leave the bed downstairs so the delivery team very kindly delivered to the bedroom they went above and beyond and I am very grateful thank you again

Khizar Muteen was very efficient, energetic and effective when completing my delivery - he and his driving buddy got diverted due to poor google maps but after phoning me up he quickly figured out where he needed to go and helped me bring the bed indoors
Great service - would highly recommend
