For our 50th anniversary, I wanted a really heartfelt, personalized gift for my greatest supporter, my husband.
Divinesong took my ideas from our 50 years together, and Divinesong made the most beautiful and poignant song I've ever heard.
I couldn't wait for our anniversary; I had to let him listen the day I received the link. Lennie was so moved, he shared it with our sons and his brother that same day.
Divinesong drew artwork for our song. The the first rendition wasn't "us", so they revised it using a photo from our wedding. That was better, but still "not quite" there.
I decided I wasn't a CD with slightly altered artwork; they had the perfect background within an hour. Now, I love the song and the artwork. We love this perfect way to mark our big milestone!

My Wife surprised me with a song for my first father's day and I was in tears. I love it. Thank you

BEWARE OF THS COMPANY!

I ordered a DivineSong song on IG. My first mistake. DivineSong was offering a Father's Day promotion. I thought it'd be a great gift. Second mistake. I will not have this song by Father's Day. Why offer a Father's Day promotion when there is no possibility of receiving the song by Father's Day?

I did not receive a confirmation for my order. I did not receive an order number. I have emailed DivineSong several times. Each time, I receive the same automated email response:

Hi there, Thank you for reaching out to us! We've received your message and wanted to let you know that a member of our team will be reviewing it shortly. You can expect a personal response within 24 to 48 hours. If your request is time-sensitive, please don't hesitate to reply to this email and let us know — we'll do our best to prioritize it. We appreciate your patience!

In summary, I placed an order through DivineSong on Instagram and have received absolutely no order confirmation, receipt, tracking information, or order number. This lack of communication is unacceptable and raises serious concerns regarding the legitimacy of this company. I expected a prompt response with proof of my order and its status. I followed up with proof of charges from my credit card: $99, $89, and $44.99. No reply.

Serious delays from receiving the song. I wasn’t unable to give it to my spouse for Valentine’s Day. Weeks later there were still issues. Poor sound quality. Edits were obvious in song and sounded terrible. Paid for Spotify publishing (only reason I used this company) and over 4 months later… still nothings. Terrible customer service. Takes weeks to respond at times. Karaoke version of the songs were garbage. Poor sound quality, timing was off. While experience has been a joke. Disappointed.

Love the song that was created, but when I checked out it added all the extras I said no to and charged me for them. I contacted support and they said they’d look into it. Have not heard from them since, despite my repeated emails!

The song was absolutely perfect. We have listened so many times. I’d recommend this to anyone wanting to make someone feel special!

BEWARE OF DOUBLE BILLING. Love the song. Hate that I was billed twice for the same song. I have brought it to the attention of this company and after 6 days, no response other than I would hear from them in 48 hours. No answer after six days. Maybe their clock doesn't work?

Worth every penny. I immediately teared up. Beautiful lyrics that surprised me with the message. It expressed my feelings in an even more meaningful way than I realized. Thank you!

My daughter and son had a song written for my 75th birthday. The song was written and recorded beautifully apparently from a testimony my daughter sent to the company. I could not talk when it played as I was so full of emotion. This is definitely one of the most precious gifts I have ever received. I can’t wait to play it for my friends. Many thanks for your skill and care in preparing this song.

I am beyond thrilled with my song-it’s perfect! The process was a little unnerving; they didn’t respond to my email requesting that I had more info to add. I received the song within 5 days and immediately clicked on the edit tab to change a couple things. I hadn’t paid extra for unlimited editing but they redid the song and sent it in 2 days and it was absolutely perfect. The music and the woman’s voice are beautiful and the lyrics brought tears to my husband’s eyes 🥰. I was unsuccessful at videoing his reaction but that will forever be in my heart. Thank you Timeless Song! I’m sorry to read that others didn’t receive the same service.

We have just listened to our song and to say that I am overwhelmed with emotion and memories is a huge understatement. Divine Song is amazing! Had a song done for my guy’s 75th birthday. I cried for months listening to it. Finally presented it to him June 12th at his party. He broke apart. Absolutely loves it! It’s the best gift ever. Our journey together. Do it for your special person!!! They will never forget it!

Bought a song from Timeless Song. I was dubious about doing it in case it was a scam.
But did it anyway it said 7 days but I got it in 2 days
Written for my husband and it is amazing.
Got all the details in it that I had written about our life.
Very emotional and a fabulous voice singing it.

Company is highly money grabber, you pay for the song but you can’t download is only available via their link unless you buy extras, many emails of the extras. My song was AI generated, the lyrics made no sense, words put in that I have no asked like my son having his fathers eyes (when he has mine) a story that was so beautiful turn to be a laugh. They could not even pronounce my husbands name. So we know the technicians behind are just pushing buttons. Save your money and do it yourself.

Wanted a surprise custom song for my husband from kids for father's day. I paid, got the song within 2 days, which was great. The lyrics were great and I think it's fine as is, but there were a couple tweaks i wanted to make. They used my husbands name in it, but I wanted it to be more "daddy" from the kids. They dont call him by his first name. They spelt my daughter's name wrong on the cover and in the lyrics, and they added 4 kids on the cover instead of 3 (which i explained we have 3 kids in my notes to them). I tried to contact them 4 times and noone has replied. But when I had put through the payment and before song was complete, they emailed me right away with a reply. I'm super dissappointed in the customer service after the service was provided. It shouldnt be that we cannot edit anythng after we receive the song because there is no preview of it at all before you place the order. So you are just going on trust. I dont think I will get any edits back before father's day.

This is an update to a previous review. I finally got my completed song and it is wonderful. Only took 3 weeks. They explained the mix up but not the no answer to my emails for 3 weeks. The good news is the song is great and my wife loved it. Her sister heard it and cried also. Great product just fix the no answer problem. So many wonder reaction videos. It sucks when your the one that has a problem.

I sent in my memories and emotions in story form ...I asked for certain style hoping to achieve a specific sound/musical movement...they made my wife's and i's story into a country music hall of fame best song of the year!...
