I had an issue with the Filterable Post Grid, and their team resolved it very quickly with an update. I’m very satisfied with their support and highly recommend their products. They are extremely useful.

I am grateful to the Divi next support team who helped me to fix an issue in the Divi Essential plugin. They spent time on it and provided me a file with the issue corrected.

Otherwise, the plugin was really useful to create a unique website for my customers.

Excellent product. I used it for Divi 4 and Divi 5.
And the support is perfect. So quick response and help.

In my overzealousness and lack of self tracking I bought woo essentials lifetime twice. Being only one person, I only need one of that terrific product. I had messed up with the license application also. Once I contacted them about both problems, they cleared up my issues immediately with no question. They were clear, friendly and helpful.

My husband and I own a very small business and I maintain our website, and I am apprehensive about the conversion to Divi 5. I contacted Divi Next to receive the compatible Divi Essential Beta plugin and received a polite response from Sayemur Rahmen almost immediately offering the link that I needed. Then a few days later he contacted me to let me know that Divi Essential 5 was out and sent me the updated link. He was very kind and I fully appreciate his effort to help me.

Rakibul Islam quickly got my site working with an EaseAccess issue, and previously helped with a Divi Essential image upload issue as well. Solid support when you need it.

Exceptional support and a simple solution to a "White Screen" mystery!
I recently experienced a "White Screen of Death" issue on my website and was convinced it was a compatibility conflict between Divi Essential and Divi 5. After struggling for a few days, I contacted the Divi Next support team via live chat.

They were incredibly helpful! We discovered that the issue wasn't a bug at all—it was simply the Maintenance Mode extension being active without a custom layout assigned. Because nothing was customized, it showed a blank white page.

The support team was patient, professional, and helped me resolve it in minutes. If you ever see a white screen, check your Maintenance Mode settings first! Huge thanks to the team for getting me back on track. Highly recommended!

It's a bit messy to use; the Divi Mini Cart keeps turning itself on even when it's switched off.
Not a huge amount of customisation for the different button states...

I ve using Divinext for a while. I could say the support have been great until now.

We've been using DiviNext Woo Essential Divi Shop Builder for several years. It's got to be the best plugin to develop custom WooCommerce websites.

Extremely flexible and easy to use. Definitely recommended.
