Popups are easy to implement, sometimes not responsive. However, each time I’ve had the issue the support team helps me resolve is quickly. Recommend 5/5 👍

I would like to congratulate the entire DIVI NEXT team for the quality of their products, but also for the responsiveness of the support, because that matters a lot!
I had forgotten to update the plugin, and the support team responded very quickly and resolved my request in record time!
So a thousand thanks

After the purchase, which worked perfectly, I realized that I had been mistakenly charged the VAT amount, so I reported it to support who within a couple of working days proceeded to credit the difference to the used account for payment.
There may be problems, but if you can count on such diligent support, they don't cause you to worry

I purchased WooEssential from Divi Next. From the beginning, this is the most buggy extension of Divi I've ever purchased. On three issues I went back and forth with support over 10+ days each. One was fixed finally. The second they blamed on WooCommerce, even though WooCommerce was working the way it was supposed to. For the third, the fix they provided broke the spacing on the modules.

I asked for a refund and they refused. I will never purchase a plugin from them again, and I advise others to avoid Divi Next as well.
