My dimensional and hinge drilling requirements for 22 items were met perfectly. The quality and finish of the door and drawer fronts was excellent.

I understand that the 'things went a bit off kilter' is referring to the delay encountered with the third party courier that our courier used to deliver to your home on the beautiful Island of Lewis. Obviously it's not something that we could control but were very happy to get involved to chase and get things moving. In the end I believe all was resolved within a couple of days.
I'm delighted to hear that the goods were delivered exactly as ordered and they were clearly protected well enough to withstand the additional handling involved with the use of secondary couriers necessary for off shore deliveries.

Great Service and Quality
I dont normally provide feedback but on this occasion I felt the need, thanks to the excellent service from beginning to end.
We ordered 2 custom size Richmond Supermatt Cashmere doors from DIY Homefit. A day after ordering a very knowledgeable advisor contacted me and made some suggestions in relation to the layout of the doors and hinge positions. Once they were finalised, I was kept up to date with their progress and delivery was exactly as agreed.
The doors look great and are good quality. I wouldn't hesitate to use DIY Homefit again when we start our bedroom refurbishment.

Excellent service and high quality doors
Excellent customer service from start to finish.
We looked at the website and booked to attend the showroom. Wendy was extremely helpful and patient whilst we decided on wardrobe doors which suited us. Wendy also guided us through the process including how we measure the doors. Not pushy sales at all. We were kept updated on the progress of the doors including delivery dates.
When the doors arrive, ensure you check the doors for left and right hanging to avoid putting them on the wrong way around. The fitting was so straightforward. Patience is key. We had 4 doors to hang which took two of us (complete novices) a couple of hours to do from start to finish.
The doors look really good and excellent quality for a very reasonable price.
Would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

This is the third time I've used DIY…
This is the third time I've used DIY Homefit now. Website is great and easy to find things. The office staff are very helpful and thorough if you need more detail. Products are very high quality. This time I ordered some new wardrobe doors which I am very happy with, and saved on buying completed new wardrobes. I have also ordered a complete new kitchen in the past.

Excellent sales team support
Ordering online was easy and this was supported by the sales staff. I spoke with them to clarify details and they gave very useful advice. It was clear that they know the products. The factory had a delay but I was notified that my order might be delayed as soon as they knew about it. In the end the delay was negligible.

Nice result
Natalia was able to provide me with helpful and
knowledgeable information regarding the panelling I wanted to order when I spoke to her on their number provided. Unfortunately the different specs were not provided on the website so I had to call in order to clarify what I needed - the only reason I give 4 instead of 5. Otherwise very good service and delivery after roughly 10 days. The panel sizes and shapes were pretty much identical too..nice result.

I can only apologise that we don't show the very precise specifications of the detail on the doors (such as panel size, depth and width of the routing etc.) This is because we have tried to include sufficient detail that is generally needed for our customers whilst not overloading them. In any event, as you discovered my team is very knowledgeable on all our products and are there to answer the 'phone, in person and help you.
Finally I'm delighted to hear that the Newport panel your ordered turned out to be pretty much identical to your existing furniture, so good job done!

Superb service, yet again.
DIY Homefit made me a pair of two drawer chests for the bedroom. I was able to choose the exact match of the wood finish to go with the existing furniture, so that made the finished chests tie in perfectly. Height and size was up to me and fitted the space perfectly. Timing and price was great too. This is the second time I've used them and they do a lovely job and the service over email and phone is superb.
