Was away on day of delivery but car was dropped off and I was able to review the work on my return. The whole process was smooth, efficient and standard of work fantastic. Very pleased and though I dont particularly want to have another accident I would definitely use them again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with DLG Auto Services to date.
My Tesla was returned to me on 6 June following accident repairs, but on closer inspection it became clear that the work had not been completed to an acceptable standard. The wheel arch liner under the driver’s side rear wheel arch remained distorted in the area where the impact occurred, and the paintwork around the repaired area and driver’s side rear door was rough, uneven, visibly poor in finish and already showing signs of cracking/deterioration.
This was particularly upsetting as the vehicle was in brand-new condition prior to the accident, and I expected it to be restored to its pre-accident condition. The issues should have been identified before the vehicle was returned to me, and I had already returned my hire car on the understanding that my own vehicle had been fully repaired.
A member of staff attended my address on 10 June to inspect the concerns and agreed that the work was not reflective of DLG’s usual standards. I was told parts would be ordered and that he would personally oversee the remedial works when the vehicle returned to the workshop. However, since then, I have had no proactive update. When I contacted the garage myself, I was told the parts had arrived but that the member of staff who had taken ownership of the matter was now on leave for one to two weeks, with no clear handover to another senior member of staff.
This has left me with very little confidence in how the matter is being handled. I have already experienced significant inconvenience, stress and disruption, and I am now having to chase for updates on repairs that should have been completed properly the first time.
I appreciate that mistakes can happen, but the lack of quality control before returning my vehicle, followed by poor communication and no clear escalation or handover, has made the situation far worse. At this stage, I would not feel able to recommend DLG Auto Services based on my experience.

After damage was done to the offside rear wing against a wall, Direct Line put me in touch with DLG Auto Services for the repair. My wife and I were contacted immediately and their well organised, compassionate, streamline and professional services kicked into gear. A courtesy car was organised and delivered to our home and our damaged car taken to their workshop for repair.
The staff were very helpful and kept us up to date with every stage of the repair via telephone calls, emails and through their online panel. Our vehicle was returned with a first class repair, with a perfect match on the Pearlescent White bodywork and the dents had vanished! The drivers, Duane and Sean, were dressed appropriately, polite, professional and explained everything in great detail with photographs and emails to follow up. The Site Manager, Shaun Hewett, touched base with us and was also extremely helpful.
My wife and I are so grateful for their excellent customer care, service and quality of repair to BSI Kitemark (BS10125) with a 5 year warranty for the repair. Thank you!
