Great service and customer experience
I used DM Hall as it was recommended by my real estate agent. The staff were really friendly, Claudia who surveyed my house was really nice, got everything done quickly, and my home report draft was sent out within 2 days, checked and approved the same day. Very happy with the experience. Would recommend using to anyone needing a surveyor.

Inadequate research
This was a lower end of the market property, which means the survey fee is proportionately quite high for the seller. Company carried out inadequate research, undervalued property by 20%, not a small consideration. Clearly had not even checked their own records of valuation of an identical property, never mind the sale price achieved.

Very professional attitude!
The surveyor was polite and professional. They were careful towards our property but still had a good look at everything! Took notes on the spot and asked the right questions. At the end we were given fair market value that we expected and satisfied us.
