Good, efficient service
Our surveyor was able to arrive early for the appointment, after phoning beforehand to give us this option which suited us very well. She was friendly yet businesslike, thorough, efficient and helpful.

Valued my 2 bed detached cottage 50K Less than neighbouring cootages
Valued my 2 bed detached cottage at only £105K ! £50K less than all neighbouring cottages . There are no category 3s . I spent £150K upgrading this cottage . When i complained and showed them current prices . They say they only value properties based on old prices ?????????? No business on the planet does this . If you want to lose £50K or more use this lot .

Better communication
I would have preferred the surveyor to phone me personally rather than finding out information via my estate agent with the chance to discuss the issues with the home as survey was not specific contrary to what the estate agent told me.
