Its rare for me to write a review but this one is long overdue. I have been with DNS for nearly a decade now, and over the years I have worked with several account managers. However, the best experience by far has been with Mr. Dheeraj Tolani since he took over my account.
As an artist by profession, meeting deadlines has never been my strong suit, and managing finances hasn’t come naturally to me either. Thats where Dheeraj stepped in. His calm, patient, and understanding approach has made a huge difference. Not only am I now able to manage my accounts on time, but I also understand them much better.
He is always just a phone call away whenever I have a doubt, and even when he is unavailable, he makes sure to get back to me as soon as possible.
What truly stands out is his proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile, doing far more than what is expected.
