I hired an accountant from this company ,specifically because she was speaking my native language. I needed help to file my taxes for a small self employement job and to check an error that occured in my previous year, when I did not work as a self employed but I was taxed as a SE . This specific accountant sent me two contracts and two invoices but then passed me to another one, who speaks my language as well ,who pressed me ,gave me repeted unuseful information, meanwhile not provinding me the real support,I found her to be very weak in Self Employment taxes for Locum Doctors,with an unprofessional behaviour. I was very dissapointed as I do taxes as a Locum Doctor for 12 years with different accounting companies but never had such a bad accountant and experience . More than that, she told me she will check the root cause of the error from the previous year with HMRC,she said that on the phone in my language but she put a very short version in the contract . Thus ,I ended up paying for a service she didn't do,she just looked up my HMRC account,but we were talking to check why the error appear, not only to look at a web page...so cheecky to charge for gazing,the 150 pounds. Very unprofessional !
I made a complaint with DNS Accountantants but, of course, they say it was acted according with the contract,they cover one for another. They did not approve my refund of the second service that the accoutant promissed but did not deliver.
Horrible compay , the customer service didn't even made an effort to give me a courtesy call.I will never hire them again and I do not recommend them to anybody,it is a loss of time and money,you do not feel respected and valued,your are only a finacial resource for them. They are for me the worste accounting company I had to deal in 12 years in bussines.
