I have used DNS for three years now and wouldn’t use any anybody else

Great service in particular Mansee Gaud has been great in providing excellent service.

Steve Pereppaden and Manish Garg at DNS provided me with some great advice and support in helping me sort out my tax affairs, and deal with HMRC for over 1 year. I am very grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Sangat was very helpful and responsive. There was one email that was overlooked temporarily but this was soon sorted out. The payment system is also very easy to use. I'm grateful to DNS for getting my return done in time especially as I had a last minute adjustment!

My account manager contacted me well in advance of the tax return submission and also sent me the draft in time. However I was not satisfied with the followup and responsiveness of the account manager in not keeping up scheduled calls and as a client having to chase the account manager to close the review of the tax submission. The customer service levels were not satisfactory. I appreciate it gets extremely busy at the end of the tax season but client service cannot be compromised and taken for granted. DNS has miles to go in this area more broadly as most of the time junior tax account managers don’t seem to have the required English speaking or client relationship skills and proactively. The service price has also been increasing year on year consistently and I’m seriously considering exploring alternative providers in future although I have been using DNS for several years.

I had the opportunity to meet Owais and his advice was impeccable. He listened attentively to my situation and requirements. In turn he shared multiple options along with his thoughts on each. Very easy going and exceptionally knowledgeable. Thanks for your time Owais.

I had an extremely complex tax situation that I was overwhelmed by, as well as being intimidated by having to deal with HMRC.

bulling for £100 when contract was finish early what twice confirm and also messaging confirmation - evidence, so they asking after 6 months when business close, make online claim and stop bulling. To Account manager Agnieszka 4* on 5* for communication and job. For DNS and others accountants without Ana who not working for them any more 1*. I confirm also others reviews with 1* because they writing true. Also about money what wily try take.
Not recommended DNS at all. Avoid.

I just had an initial "exploratory " call with Pritesh - super insightful, super helpful. Gave me a few examples /options regarding tax structure on a couple of properties I own and how to best maximise my current position. Gave me enough to go away and think about.
