DNS Associates agreed to deliver services at lesser fees and then pursuing retrospective charges going back to 4 years.

Refused to pay a single penny. Apart from this, they keep sending invoices which simply defy norms. No clarification on what to except from these folks except exorbitantly High fees.

They also run investment scheme promoting shady businesses. I lost 8000 GBP following their advice.

Be careful, very greedy, £900 only for providing a shared ownership stamp duty calculation document, it does not make sense at all. No communication and just keep reminding payments.
I was cheated in the first meeting, they kept saying that the whole calculation is very complicated because it involves very COMLICATED FOMULAS so it would not be possible to calculate simply and I could have got some relief as well, so I agreed to pay, however I realised that it is not that complicated and it is a simple math, everyone can do if they know the simple rules which is clearly explained in UK government site (Guidance Stamp Duty Land Tax: shared ownership property).

We have recently expanded into the UK and have faced an incredible number of challenges, especially because we are not UK residents. Rikesh S. from DNS has supported us in this process for months and has always gone the extra mile for us, even on topics that are not actually part of his remit.
