I have been using DNS Accountants services for several years following their take over of my previous accountant’s business following their retirement.

I received excellent support - special shout out to Shivam who was absolutely amazing in his followups and chasing the different parties for proofs that the lender wanted. I had a call scheduled from DNS yesterday at 4:30pm and no one bothered to call me or send an email of cancellation. I called them today and the call was arranged for 4.30pm again. Once again, I waited for the call and no call came until I sent an email asking them to take me off their records as I need someone reliable and trustworthy. No apology from them for their lack of professionalism either. I’d say avoid and look for someone more reliable from the offset. If they can’t keep to their own timing at making a simple phone call, what good will they be if complex queries arise?

I’m extremely stressed out as DNS are charging me £3600 fee to close my company accountants and in addition there is the liquidators charge of £4600 (not a DNS charge but it’s required). Imagine a total of £8200 to close your limited company. I know others who have done similar at a fraction of the cost. I’m extremely unhappy

My extremely positive assessment of the services provided by dns is based on a very complex initial situation. My sister is English and has been living with dementia in a care facility in England for over two years. I am German, live in Germany and, as Power of Attorney, have to deal with my sister's financial affairs, among other things. And I have to do this without knowing the specifics of the English situation. In this situation, Kamaksha is of particular help. He works professionally and very quickly - sometimes his replies come minutes after I have sent an e-mail. He is very understanding of my lack of knowledge and also helps with questions that do not relate to his actual area of responsibility. It is a real pleasure to have Kamaksha at my side as a professional partner.

Great team for look after my company's accounts. Saurav is good in replies and sending reminders for all payments. Very good in maintaining records, sending payslips and VAT reminders. Highly recommend DNS.

Paying every month for over a year and NOTHING has been done.

*Nothing setup (PAYE etc)
*No replies to any emails even though 2 people are CC'd.
*RED Overdue letters kept coming, and got 1 reply to say she would sort it out for me but didn't.

Don't waste your time with Yang Zhou! Other staff may be helpful, but I would not recommend her.
Not helpful, none responsive to any help or setting anything up my small business.

.... In reply to Gary Zouvani (Sept) If she trades under your company, does that not mean she is part of your company as she is on your website to be searched and chosen as an accountant for your company and all my bills have come out as such.
The other person cc'd in some emails she sent is Susan Tang .

If you do find out why she didn't do anything for what I signed up for, I would appreciate a full refund as I had gone through months I'd back and forth of backdated stuff to prove I was running my business by the books.

Update (Oct) after replying above, Yang has replied twice to the same emails dated in August with emojis.

I'm happy to discuss this with you further and/or forward you the emails we've had where I have asked for help, advice and how to setup everything, and nothing has been or direct me to the page where I can put this review.

I have been using DNS Accountants to manage my company accounts for over 5 years. For the majority of that time I have been supported by Ashok Sharma and the team who provide prompt responses to queries, complete all company accounts in a timely manner and make sure that I know what to do and by when.

I have been with DNS associates for 10+ years now, always been very helpful. Made my business although small run smoothly. All my questions and queries answered rapidly and efficiently. Would recommend to other businesses 100%.

Very poor service. Romford - Ather Arshad. Poor communication and updates. I paid over £5000 for various tax work which he wanted in advance. But was very delayed in submitting information to HMRC and just made excuses but I am the one in trouble because of him paying extra penalties. He kept making mistakes and blaming his team
