The quality of their tux pants have…
The quality of their tux pants have decreased over the years, the recent tux pants that I purchased had stitching that are visible on the outside of the pants leg stripe, making it look cheap , its purpose it to hide the outer seams for the pants but clearly doesn’t do so. The prior tux pants that I purchased from dobell didn’t have this issue .

Absolutely perfect experience! I took a gamble and ordered a white tie tuxedo for a 5 figure charity ball. Without the benefit of trying on the tuxedo beforehand nor judging its quality, I wore the tuxedo for the first time the evening of the event. It fit me perfectly, as if custom tailored. Did not receive a jacket hanger with my…
Did not receive a jacket hanger with my shipment. I let customer service know and they did not propose a solution. I have shopped with dobell numerous times and always received a hanger, and this time I didn't. Customer service acknowledged the problem and just blamed it on the warehouse packing.

Transparency Was Appreciated
I appreciated the transparency of Dobell in notifying us about the added tariffs and fees to ship the product from China. This would have doubled our cost, and we were able to easily cancel our order. This left us with a positive impression of Dobell, and we will certainly recommend them and consider them for future purchases.

I was not happy with Dobell no exchange…
I was not happy with Dobell no exchange policy as it cost me an Additional $100+ tariff charge to get a different size pant for a 3 piece suit. The initial tariff was $314.00 so this is ridiculous!
