Easy to use service.

Getting an appointment for my baby was so quick, I had one in 15 minutes where my own GP couldn't see us until next week. Dr Rana Ahmad was lovely to deal with and very understanding and reassuring, my son had a prescription in no time. I highly recommend this service.

I had 2 appointments which resulted in 2 courses of antibiotics and it didn't clear my infection.

I was called within 5 minutes of booking the appointment. Call only lasted 2 minutes which was perfect so so efficient and got treated immediately! I felt listened to and not rushed. Highly recommend!

I was travelling when I needed to make an appointment as I wasn't feeling well. I got the appointment within 30 minutes and had a prescription an hour later. The whole experience was faster and cheaper than if I had visited my GP at home.

Excellent service with a very fast and efficient response. Very easy to book the appointment and plenty of availability too. The Doctor was friendly and courteous and asked all the necessary questions to assist with the diagnosis. The prescription was with the pharmacy within 30 minutes. Will definitely use the service again and would recommend it

I contacted DocOnline after I was unable to get either an in-person or phone consultation with any of the GP's in our local practice. I filled in the form online, got my appointment time and paid the fee. The doctor phoned me approximately 10 minutes later. It is a very efficient service and I was very grateful to be able to speak with the doctor.
