The process of getting an appointment…
The process of getting an appointment was very straight forward and we were able to have the appointment within 10 minutes. The assessment was fast as well, we were able to ask all our questions and the doctor sent the prescription over to our pharmacy of choice. All went of without a hitch. I can only give it 4 stars as I don’t think an online doctors (video) appointment can or should replace an appointment in person, but as it was a Sunday and fairly urgent and our local weekend on call doctor is not good, this was a great thing to be able to avail of!

I called because I needed help, I was about to faint at home, I explained it to the doctor and she told me to go to my GP. Why does this service exist if it doesn't help at all and they are going to tell me to go to my GP and just rest. The worst service I have ever had in my life.

Money wasted and refund denied
Doctor wasn't helpful and told me I need to see a doctor in person and she would submit the feedback so I issue a refund. I contacted refund team and they didn't accept the request. Very bad experience and money wasted.

Terrible. I paid 45 euro for an urgent call with a doctor ahead of a business trip. The doctor never called and customer service was unhelpful. I asked for a refund and got no reply.
