Updated: we’ve sorted it out next morning and after a few minutes call got my sick leave straight to my email.

I didn’t received any consultation in both appointments
I wait for 2 hours and 20 minutes to the videocall and no one answer. If the doctor is late or forgot the appointment it should be an easy way to refund or reschedule.
Update: I have now contacted Dr.Online’s customer support team directly regarding both appointments and both €45 payments. I have provided the booking details, payment evidence and screenshots showing that I was waiting online for the second consultation for over two hours. Dr.Online has confirmed that they are currently reviewing the situation, and I am now waiting for their response regarding the refunds.

Paid €45 for an online consultation…
Paid €45 for an online consultation that I didn’t even get, needed a backdated sick note and was told when the doctor rang that they did not provide backdated sick notes. I did not see this clearly highlighted anywhere on the website. Was on the phone for a total of 30 seconds, they refuse to give refund and communication is poor. Waste of money and unprofessional. Avoid.

Disappointing
My consultation was very efficient and done in a timely manner. Afterwards, the pharmacist informed me my dosage was incorrect on the prescription. They contacted the doctor and she said she would fix the error. It was not done on the day which led to a delay in medication being taken for a very timely sensitive condition
