I highly recommend the Doc Online service! It was so easy and convenient! Being able to speak to a doctor from the comfort of my own home made the whole process so much easier. Really happy with the experience and would definitely recommend!

Doctor sent incorrect prescription to the pharmacy and this is very dangerous and incompetent!!! How this person is a doctor , I cannot fathom!!!

The doctor! I have had a few encounters with him and he is always so pleasant and helpful. He really listens and genuinely cares. This service is an amazing alternative for busy working people who don't have the time to spend 2 weeks waiting on an appointment and an hour waiting for a receptionist to answer a call. Definitely recommended, with Dr Awwad being particularly helpful.

Dr Raza was very good. She was kind, quick and efficient. She sent on my prescription quickly to my local pharmacy and took the time to discuss options, and answered any questions I had. She advised me to reconnect if I need anything else. It was cheaper than in person consults and I got an immediate appointment. I would highly recommend them for quick and reliable diagnosis and it’s amazing how quick my local pharmacy got the prescription. Thank you!

Very good out of hours service, i explained my illness and the doctor asked me a few questions and my medical history then sent my prescription straight to my local pharmacy. Very good service, hopefully i wont need to use again but if i do especially at weekends etc I would recomend it.

The doctor appointment was via video call. The doctor was very thorough and had the script sent to the pharmacy withen 5 minutes.
