This service was extremely helpful to me as the weather was inclement, I had been unwell and had no private transport. The consulting Doctor understood me very easily and gave me a solution very quickly as well as providing additional advice going forward. Very happy with my experience today. A shame no medicare rebate applies to enable bulk billing.

I had the doctors write a short covid safety plan , it’s better than I could have imagined .

An absolutely easy and professional service . Doctor Tim was Lovely and very understanding of my issue which needed antibiotics for a UTI .

I had to organize a quick pathology test for my son and docto helped me to expedite that by creating a request form and emailing it to me. It took a few mins and we were good to go. Thanks for the fast turnaround and saving me a visit to the GP when my son wasn't feeling up to waiting in a queue at the doc's office.

Very easy to set up, Doctor knew exactly what I needed.

Dr. Jon was very friendly and informative. It was quick and easy with a medical certificate and he answered my questions.

Thank you Dr Jon. Only waited a few minutes for my appointment in the comfort of my car whilst working. No sick people around like at the GP and nice and private. My script was sent through to my chemist and all I had to do was drive there and pick it up - no waiting. Dr Jon was kind and professional and followed up with an email after my script course was finished to see how I was. That’s it for GP Clinics for me. This is the new way to go.

Excellent service! I had a simple medical issue and using Docto saved waiting for an appointment, driving to the surgery and then sitting there in a room full of sick people. I had the required meds in my hand in less than an hour.

This was my first time using Docto. I was recommended this service by my local pharmacist.
As we live in a remote area and don't have easy access to a Doctor, I was really impressed with the prompt response from Docto. The doctor I saw was very good and I felt like I was talking to my local GP. It was also good that the pharmacists also knew the Doctor I saw.
Overall a very good experience.

This worked pretty well, got the advice i needed and a prescription sent to the chemist. Will be handy for school hols

Dr Tim Harraway helped me! The app and web was a bit difficult and i couldnt hear him when he called me through it. But then he called me on my phone and gave me my scripts as i had heavy infection from my wisdom tooth. 10/10 would recommend!!
