Excellent and reputable company
I'm a physician and have ordered products from this company for over 10 yrs. Their products are top of the line, their customer service is excellent, and once ordered their shipping times are fast. The occasional specials are great, as are the discounts with bulk orders. This is a great company!

Shipping takes forever and service is ZERO once they charge your credit card
On approximately September 2, we ordered 25 Prolia. It is September 17 and we have only received 11. 7 are hung up in customs in Anchorage, Alaska with Fedex and seven reached Louisville, Kentucky customs and have not moved or tracked in a week. Three from DHL only arrived yesterday. We did get eight promptly. The rest, not so much.

Unfortunately, customs clearance and carrier handling times can sometimes vary from one shipment to another, and the new tariff law that took effect this month has also caused additional inspections and slower processing at U.S. customs, which is contributing to the delays you’re experiencing.
Please rest assured we are actively monitoring all the tracking updates with UPS and DHL and are doing our best to ensure the remaining units are released and delivered to you as quickly as possible. We also recognize that our communication could have been better throughout this process, and we’re committed to improving that moving forward so you’re always kept in the loop.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these challenges.
